Then they sent me a quote for thousands to clean up the damage. I hired a different pest control company from Essex Junction that worked with a local contractor to resolve it for much less. It is also annoyingly difficult to reach the Williston office by phone. If you're reading this right now, go ahead and try to give them a call. You will likely get a recording saying they're busy. The only way I could get them to call me was to call the national number, select the 'new service' option, and then ask them to have the local office call me. I strongly recommend you find a different, more reliable local pest control company.

The Bartlet tree Experts came on time, and examined them, offered suggestions to try first, to try to save them. They would call me each morning they were planning to come for service, to let me know they would be coming, efficiently did what they needed to do, they were very courteous and left my yard neat. They pruned, fertilized, sprayed for fungus on a schedule, and loosened the soil around the collars (the base of the trees.)
