I was recommended to Drs Jacob by a family member, and I couldn't have been happier with the visit. The waiting room is comfortably appointed with amenities, although I didn't get to stay there long, as I was ushered into the procedure room exactly at my appointed time. Dr. Joseph Jacob took the ex rays and pointed out the problem areas that needed addressing right away, and took immediate action when I thought I was just coming in for ex rays, as he found an abscess on a root base on an unsalvageable tooth that needed removing. Now I'm a big guy and resistant to Novocain, but he made sure I was numb and comfortable before working, never rushing and checking in frequently if I winced to see if I needed more Novocain. The procedure was long and complicated, and he took the extra time after the (painless) extraction to remove the infected tissue from the bone, saving the healthy bone matter, then suturing everything to prevent that horrible post-extraction feeling of dry socket. Truly a skilled oral surgeon. His manner all throughout was friendly, professional, and you could tell he knew exactly what needed to be done and had the experience to do it correctly. When in the hands of a healthcare professional it's important to have that level of trust in the competency of the doctor, and Dr Joseph didn't disappoint! My care plan requires future visits, and I'm confident that I'll receive the best care possible from him and his team.

Throughout the process, she worked extremely rough and extremely fast. The doctors were talking about what they did for their birthdays while working on me. Just a terrible experience, customer service was awful. I'll never give them business again. On top of that, im in horrible pain from the fill ins, I was not expecting this. Just awful service.

Not only is Dr. Shtarkman incredibly knowledgeable, but he is also genuinely kind, patient, and personable. What impressed me the most was that he took the time to check in and respond over the weekend while he was not even on call. That level of dedication and concern is so rare and speaks volumes about the kind of doctor he is. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay, answered every question, and gave us peace of mind during a very stressful situation. If you're looking for a dentist who truly cares about his patients and treats them like family, I can't recommend this office enough. His professionalism, compassion, and commitment to his patients are second to none. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care he provided.

This patient was midway through an extended procedure, and left high and dry, left to find a new dentist to complete the procedure. Has to be the height of unprofessionalism. Very hesitant to go see someone new; I had just gotten dental insurance back, so I figured it was time to take the leap. I walked in at 7AM and was greeted by Kathy who came out and shook my hand behind the desk. The dental hygienist (I cannot remember her name - the very blonde one) brought me back and said they tour new clients around and handed me a gift bag. Was I at a spa? This place is unreal how nice and pleasant everyone is! After getting my teeth cleaned and examined, Dr. K came in smiling ear to ear. He was so welcoming and shot some witty jokes out within the first 2 minutes of being there. He took his time with me and seemed to truly take an interest in our conversation. After a little while we were laughing about all his guitars on the wall and jamming along to Alanis Morrissette. Apparently he is in a few bands! Dr. K kept complimenting what great teeth I had, I think I said to him "Dr K, I feel like a rockstar!" at one point during the session. Even though he sent me home with several cavities that day, I went straight to work after and told everyone what a great dentist experience I just had. I ended up needing two cavity sessions within about a 2 week period. I was super nervous as I knowingly have a very low pain tolerance. Dr. K was so calming and assuring that if I felt ANY pain, to let him know. I went through the whole procedure with no pain! Needless to say, I highly recommend Dr. K for first timers in the area that have been hesitant to find a new dentist. You will think you are at a spa for a moment!
