I just moved into the area and just got dental insurance for the first time in a while, so I was…read morekeen to find a good professional dentist and take care of some ongoing dental problems I've had. I was recommended to Drs Jacob by a family member, and I couldn't have been happier with the visit. The waiting room is comfortably appointed with amenities, although I didn't get to stay there long, as I was ushered into the procedure room exactly at my appointed time. Dr. Joseph Jacob took the ex rays and pointed out the problem areas that needed addressing right away, and took immediate action when I thought I was just coming in for ex rays, as he found an abscess on a root base on an unsalvageable tooth that needed removing. Now I'm a big guy and resistant to Novocain, but he made sure I was numb and comfortable before working, never rushing and checking in frequently if I winced to see if I needed more Novocain. The procedure was long and complicated, and he took the extra time after the (painless) extraction to remove the infected tissue from the bone, saving the healthy bone matter, then suturing everything to prevent that horrible post-extraction feeling of dry socket. Truly a skilled oral surgeon. His manner all throughout was friendly, professional, and you could tell he knew exactly what needed to be done and had the experience to do it correctly. When in the hands of a healthcare professional it's important to have that level of trust in the competency of the doctor, and Dr Joseph didn't disappoint! My care plan requires future visits, and I'm confident that I'll receive the best care possible from him and his team.

They rushed me into the room, barely even spoke to me. The doctor didn't even introduce herself I don't even know her name. She didn't tell me anything that she was doing she just began. Throughout the process, she worked extremely rough and extremely fast. The doctors were talking about what they did for their birthdays while working on me. Just a terrible experience, customer service was awful. I'll never give them business again. On top of that, im in horrible pain from the fill ins, I was not expecting this. Just awful service.

Definitely not the worst office, and not a rip-off or just looking to sell you. However, communication of care can improve. A cleaning regime as the right choice is simply not an assurance I expect at a dental practice - I want to keep my teeth working right and presentable as long as possible, and I know preventative care is integral. Advisement of how can be good, but not just to drive subsequent - sometimes, you have to be in your care role at the time. As far as Invisiline, having experienced clear stationary braces a decade prior, there are real differences in experiences, and working through and understanding them early on can help outcomes not be aggravating, and for a patient's desired/realistic plan to be the main factor. Also, some assisting staff can bear in mind that a message of "You're okay, you're okay" while soothingly maternal in an alternative context, does not stop a moldable plastic for impressions from gagging your throat. So, I express a pause, or involuntary gag, and I will tell you when it's okay again. Or not at all. An accommodating or helpful gesture can make all the difference in an experience being pleasant, but very often, the etiquette can leave a lingering sense of understanding or not. And presumptive language to do with engaging any parts of another's body has no place in care of any kind. Not classy. Also, suggesting the substance could very well get stuck if left too long, while wrestling it off, requires more explanation. Another sentence or two of communication work: yes it most certainly does.

If you are oaky to go back and forth and get same treatment over and over and waist your time and money. Myself and kids got treatment and we had redone it for many times. I finally changed dental office from here. All my family had bad experience from here. Never coming back here again. My son took x-ray and annual check up, everything was good accordibg to Doc. Two months later, he complained toothache while we were in vacation. So we went to local fental office and we found out he had six teeth has cavity and he need to be treated all of them. WTH? Two months ago, everything was okay and now he has what? Im wonderring how could he make mistake like this AGAIN? So disapoint at this place. There is somethings never get better. Thats this place.

After a short consultation with Dr. Ruiz i was comfortable to hire him to correct problems that i had with my teeth and bite for years. Though i was scared and nervous he explained each step of the way. Time was not an issue, he spent as much time with me as necessary for me to understand what he was doing in my mouth. After the visit with the Doctor the ladies in the office attended to my needs as far as comforting me, being sure i had transportation to go home and scheduling my next appointment. I would recommend this Dental office to anyone. Great service, Good people and a nice massage in the new Dental chairs AWSOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The most disappointing part is my family has been doing business with this practice for many years. They have poor business management with office hours only available Monday to Thursdays and no availability for the weekends. My family has had no issues in the past with payments and are known established customers. They treated my father as if they didn't know him or ever worked with him. If you are looking for a dentist office with better hours of availability and might actually treat you with respect as a human being then go somewhere else.
