I was always amazed with his constant efforts to keep the financial doings of his Council in line with the Laws and Rules of our organization as well as always meeting all lawful State and Federal requirements for a Non-profit organization. This is no easy task especially considering Jeff worked a full-time job on top of these efforts. I have no doubt that he dedicated at least 1000 hours per year to meet and exceed our standards for the position he held. Even in times of difficulty, as all organizations go through from time to time, Jeff was always there. When his Council fell on hard times and most of the other members walked away, Jeff was always there. I knew I could always touch base with him and still he would always answer the call. While he held other positions of honor in his council, I knew him most during his years in the financial aspects with which he dealt for that Council.
