Let me share my experience with this group: Debbie Frye - I don't think I've met a more incompetent person in my life. Extremely disorganized. Rude. Not accessible "it's not my problem" - should be written on her name badge! Orso Sandino - the worst property manager I've ever had. He actually prevented the owner of my home from selling the home due to delays in closing and getting me my security deposit back...even after the owner said to refund my security deposit RPM tried to find other damages. They also failed to almost reimburse my parking pass deposit which I did return on move out. The entire accounting team is "off site" I am pretty sure they are actually off shore and do not work or live in Metro Detroit area, as English was a major barrier. At one point I thought I was a victim of fraud since their accounting department couldn't even speak English or knew about my account and lease. Kind of scary! Nancy Nerswick - she should most likely be reported to the BBB and MLS board. When I renewed my lease last year after signing and having her agent sign the lease paperwork she tried to tell me that it isn't set in stone until the owner signs off. False Michigan law states otherwise and that once a lease is signed by both properties it is bond by law and contract. Repairs and maintenance requests take a minimum of 1-2 months to complete. This company will take you to the cleaners for every penny I wouldn't rent from them and I would definitely NOT use them as a property management company for your own properties! Jeff Hurley and Michel Martin - CEO and COO of a joke of a company. You need to focus on customer service and not greed. You can do better....well most likely you cannot....property managers are the failed realtors!

It seems to be a group of AI and call centers that are put under the property management name. We cancelled with them due to not being able to reach anyone personally and when we did reach an RPM human they argued and became defensive about their poor quality. I figured if they are terrible to us as a landlord then for sure they will not look after our tenants. We actually care about our tenants and look after them personally. Nothing about RPM can come close to that and we will stick to managing our own properties from now on.

The representative on the phone took my contact information and said the on-call person would call back ASAP. The on-call person, Manthe, called back in about 15 minutes. After verified my address, Manthe said he should arrive in about 30 minutes - and he did! Manthe checked the sump pump in basement and confirmed a new pump was needed. Menthe left and came back in about 20 minutes with a new pump. He replaced the pump, tested it to make sure the pump worked as expected then left after cleaning up.
