My insurance company set me up with Absolutely Dentless to get the dents removed on my car. After a few days of not hearing from them I decided to call and figure out what was going on. Eric told me that he had left a message to my phone (which was not true) and he was waiting for a response from me. I set up an appointment with Eric that Friday for 6pm. I didn't hear from him on the day of the appointment so I decided to text him at 4pm and confirm that we were still on for 6pm. He responded that he would be here at 6:30pm because he was caught up with another client. So I didn't make it a big deal and said it was okay. He never called or showed up to the appointment. So, at 8:46pm I decided to text him to make sure everything was okay. He asked if he could reschedule for Tuesday (even though I was annoyed I agreed). Same thing happened Tuesday. NO CALL, NO SHOW. Mind you, I made arrangements to be there for BOTH appointments. I went and washed my car to have it ready for him BOTH times. He didn't have the decency to follow up, apologize, or anything of the sort. I called the day of to confirm the appointment (which I think he should have done), he lied about coming and had me waiting around for him, and he did nothing to rectify the issue. PLEASE STAY AWAY. I've seen multiple reviews in which he does this to other customers. This is not a professional way to handle business and Eric has NO regard or respect for people's time. I highly recommend you stay away from this company and look to someone who actually shows up to their appointments and has more credibility with ALL of its customers. read more

Absolutely Dentless is just the best! I've known Eric from Absolutely Dentless for some years now. He's fixed dents and dings on my cars and some of my friends cars over the years. Yesterday evening, he came out to my house to fix both of my young adults' hood dings and side door dents. As always, he does such amazing work with perfection! He works for dealerships, but he also has clients he comes out to or makes arrangements where to meet, depending on his schedule. All his repair tools are on his work van. Just the best. So, some drunk gave me a nice dime sized ding in my 2012 Avalon, which I keep in showroom condition. I need to chime in here to give Eric the credit he deserves. Eric has worked on several of my cars over the years and the work he does is simply amazing! He is a true craftsman and performs an art not many people can do. For a fraction of the price a body shop would charge to repair minor dents and dings, Eric will make it look like it never happened - just like new! He has always treated me professionally and will come to your home if needed. We all get busy and need to adjust our priorities so I'm not sure exactly what happened to the other Yelper (2 sides to every story), but I've found Eric to be understanding and flexible. Be aware!!!!!!!! This guy it's just a con-artist. After all, I've opened my hood, and one more surprise!!! Most of the pins that hold the pad under the hood are missing. Be aware of this guy. Just take your car to a professional body shop. Eric is an amazing guy! First time he helped me was when I had a dent on the side and he did an absolutely fantastic job fixing it. the second time I got a dent on the side of my car, my insurance policy send me a different repair guy who told me that there is absolutely no way he can fix my second dent because he can't access it and that he was doing it for 26 years. ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT: Even after MY successful phone call with Eric Wilson at Absolutely Dentless of Ontario the day before my scheduled service, to confirm my appointment and my provide my address; come Saturday morning (the day of service) he was an ABSOLUTE NO-CALL/NO-SHOW!! After waiting an hour past the appointed service time, I called him and left a message requesting an update on his delay and have yet to receive a response -- two days later.... As I'm sure anyone can imagine, the days of researching a reputable dent repair shop then dedicating time to getting my car washed the day prior in preparation of the repairs, plus setting aside the time for the service (including waiting an hour to declare that he wasn't showing after setting an alarm to wake up on a Saturday!!); I am so extremely disappointed in this company and not-to-mention angered by the lack of care. NO CALL NO SHOW!! Not much more to say. Had an appointment last night for one of our company vehicles and wasted our night waiting. Apparently this company works out of their home so if I wanted to go to their office to talk about it I can't they don't have an office. Bad choice on my part but I like to give the small guys a chance. I'll be taking our fleet to a reputable company that I can go to if I have any concerns with the work. Absolutely Dentless is a awesome company that's also a mobile company as well. Mr. Wilson fixed my dent at a great price. I am very happy with the work he did and in little time. Literally, less than 30 minutes he was done and saved me alot of time and money. He also has more services to offer other than dent repair. He offers window repair and installation as well as wheel and rim repair. Which is awesome especially if you dont want a fix it ticket. He will also mention if the car needs more work he will tell you and work with you as far as price. He will also recommend a good shop if needed. You can't get a better and honest deal. Mr. Wilson only accepts cash or check that threw me off I got to admit but it is a better way to handle business. I got the 80 bucks in cash quickly that way he could get to his next client. Be aware of this that way if you decide to do business you have cash or check on hand or know where your nearest 7 - eleven is. Also keep in mind that and when Mr. Wilson does get held up at the dealerships ( yes he works with dealerships ) , work with him as far as appointments. I am a perfectionist. I own a pristine 1997 jade green Jaguar XJ6. There were 4 dings that ruined the otherwise perfect body. Repaint and clear coat were quoted at over $1500. .Eric came to my home on 12-6-14 and I remain absolutely elated at the superb job he did. He is more of a perfectionist than I am.
