Eric just came and left after repairing 2 dents in my car. I can't even tell where the dents were after he was done. He came earlier than prior scheduled, and we arranged for the earlier appointment time after he called me. Eric was very friendly, and I highly recommend his dent repair services. Great job, and thank you, Eric!! read more

Eric, my new 'buddy' did a great job on my dents. What a nice man. As a single mom I felt very comfortable and safe with him repairing the dents conveniently at my home. I work odd hours and he worked within my limited time frame. Highly recommend Absolutely Dentless and I will use again! (hopefully, l don't need to of course). read more

ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE REFER TO THE SCREENSHOT OF THE MESSAGES BETWEEN THE BUSINESS OWNER AND I. If I could give no stars, I would. My insurance company set me up with Absolutely Dentless to get the dents removed on my car. After a few days of not hearing from them I decided to call and figure out what was going on. Eric told me that he had left a message to my phone (which was not true) and he was waiting for a response from me. I set up an appointment with Eric that Friday for 6pm. I didn't hear from him on the day of the appointment so I decided to text him at 4pm and confirm that we were still on for 6pm. He responded that he would be here at 6:30pm because he was caught up with another client. So I didn't make it a big deal and said it was okay. He never called or showed up to the appointment. So, at 8:46pm I decided to text him to make sure everything was okay. He asked if he could reschedule for Tuesday (even though I was annoyed I agreed). Same thing happened Tuesday. NO CALL, NO SHOW. Mind you, I made arrangements to be there for BOTH appointments. I went and washed my car to have it ready for him BOTH times. He didn't have the decency to follow up, apologize, or anything of the sort. I called the day of to confirm the appointment (which I think he should have done), he lied about coming and had me waiting around for him, and he did nothing to rectify the issue. PLEASE STAY AWAY. I've seen multiple reviews in which he does this to other customers. This is not a professional way to handle business and Eric has NO regard or respect for people's time. I highly recommend you stay away from this company and look to someone who actually shows up to their appointments and has more credibility with ALL of its customers. read more

Absolutely Dentless is just the best! I've known Eric from Absolutely Dentless for some years now. He's fixed dents and dings on my cars and some of my friends cars over the years. Yesterday evening, he came out to my house to fix both of my young adults' hood dings and side door dents. As always, he does such amazing work with perfection! He works for dealerships, but he also has clients he comes out to or makes arrangements where to meet, depending on his schedule. All his repair tools are on his work van. Just the best. You can text him at 951-522-2706 with a picture of the dent to make sure it can be fixed and for a quote. Be patient... he's busy! (Especially if too many of you text him all at once!) read more

Had a Great experience. He did an amazing job and it was quick. Will keep his company in mind for future service. Thanks Eric! read more

Absolutely Dentless - I posted this review a few years ago and somehow it never made it onto Yelp. I don't want his company getting five stars because they suck! - Body Shops Near Me - Ontario, California

Great, quick service. Explained the cost and what he was going to do. Quality work for a great price. Comes to your house or work. Worked better for me to come to my work, and was done quickly. Would highly recommend Absolutely Dentless to anyone in Ontario, Upland, Cucamonga, Montclair, Claremont or surrounding cities. read more

The house visit seemed quick and painless. Dents removed from both me and the wifey's Honda's in less than 20 minutes. I think we chatted longer than the time it took for the repair. read more

So, some drunk gave me a nice dime sized ding in my 2012 Avalon, which I keep in showroom condition. I am probably the only one who even noticed it; nevertheless, I thought I'd just have to live with this eyesore of a ding forever. I got Eric's information from a banner at a local car wash. I called him while I was waiting for my car to be washed. He told me he was in the middle of a job but would call me back in a couple of hours. Guess what...he called me back exactly 2 hours later like he said he would. He was right around the corner from my house and 10 minutes later he was knocking on my door. First impressions of Eric...cool guy, super nice and passionate about his work. We chatted for a few minutes, he explained the process and he went to work. Less than 10 minutes later....NO MORE DING! It's like it was never there. I am, like the name say, ABSOLUTELY DENTLESS! Simply amazing. If you are looking for great work, fast and reliable service and someone you can trust then Eric and Absolutely Dentless is who you should call. All I can say is Thanks Eric! You're now in my speed dial. read more

I am returning a leased Volt that needed a few dents removed in Upland. Eric is the only mobile dent service that returned my phone call for the gig. I am some happy he did and not someone else. I had about 6-8 dents he was able to remove for a very reasonable price. Great attitude and professional work ethic. Did the job quickly and right! I would definitely recommend Absolutely Dentless to anyone! read more

Today I used this company to repair a miserable dent, from someone slamming their door into my car. Eric was recommended by my local dealership. He came to my home, very professional the results were amazing! He is the only company I will ever consider using should I need them, and the only company I will ever personally recommend to my friends. Prices was fantastic also! With him, you never have to suffer driving a dented car! read more

I need to chime in here to give Eric the credit he deserves. Eric has worked on several of my cars over the years and the work he does is simply amazing! He is a true craftsman and performs an art not many people can do. For a fraction of the price a body shop would charge to repair minor dents and dings, Eric will make it look like it never happened - just like new! He has always treated me professionally and will come to your home if needed. We all get busy and need to adjust our priorities so I'm not sure exactly what happened to the other Yelper (2 sides to every story), but I've found Eric to be understanding and flexible. Bottom line - if you have a dent or ding in your ride and the sight of it bugs you down deep, Eric can make that pain go away. Check him out, the work he does is really exceptional! read more

Based on a recommendation from Crown Lexus, i made an appointment with Eric. After trying to reach him all day on the day of the first appointment he eventually told me he was tied up on another job. So one day wasted... i made a second appointment - another no-show. I will find someone who honors their commitments. read more

Be aware!!!!!!!! This guy it's just a con-artist. After all, I've opened my hood, and one more surprise!!! Most of the pins that hold the pad under the hood are missing. Be aware of this guy. Just take your car to a professional body shop. I'll advise to the management at SAVAGE BMW about to make sure they don't advertise or promote this guy anymore and to remove his business cards from the dealership. read more

I had a door ding and and I called absolutely dentless. Their response was swift and I received an affordable quote. They came out and after their work I can't even tell where the dent was! Eric is an amazing guy! First time he helped me was when I had a dent on the side and he did an absolutely fantastic job fixing it. the second time I got a dent on the side of my car, my insurance policy send me a different repair guy who told me that there is absolutely no way he can fix my second dent because he can't access it and that he was doing it for 26 years. I told had to refile a claim and request that Eric gives me a second opinion. Once again, he did an amazing job and took about 10 minutes of accessing and fixing my dent. thank you!!!! read more

ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT: Even after MY successful phone call with Eric Wilson at Absolutely Dentless of Ontario the day before my scheduled service, to confirm my appointment and my provide my address; come Saturday morning (the day of service) he was an ABSOLUTE NO-CALL/NO-SHOW!! After waiting an hour past the appointed service time, I called him and left a message requesting an update on his delay and have yet to receive a response -- two days later.... As I'm sure anyone can imagine, the days of researching a reputable dent repair shop then dedicating time to getting my car washed the day prior in preparation of the repairs, plus setting aside the time for the service (including waiting an hour to declare that he wasn't showing after setting an alarm to wake up on a Saturday!!); I am so extremely disappointed in this company and not-to-mention angered by the lack of care. Highly disappointing! read more

I bought a truck and unfortunately it came with a dent. The dealership set me up with Eric from Absolutely Dentless, he came to my home on Labor Day no less and did a great job. NO CALL NO SHOW!! Not much more to say. Had an appointment last night for one of our company vehicles and wasted our night waiting. Apparently this company works out of their home so if I wanted to go to their office to talk about it I can't they don't have an office. Bad choice on my part but I like to give the small guys a chance. I'll be taking our fleet to a reputable company that I can go to if I have any concerns with the work. Beware to vehicle owners find a place you can walk into not someone who can hide from their work or in this case NO CALL NO SHOW! read more

Absolutely Dentless is a awesome company that's also a mobile company as well. Mr. Wilson fixed my dent at a great price. I am very happy with the work he did and in little time. Literally, less than 30 minutes he was done and saved me alot of time and money. He also has more services to offer other than dent repair. He offers window repair and installation as well as wheel and rim repair. Which is awesome especially if you dont want a fix it ticket. He will also mention if the car needs more work he will tell you and work with you as far as price. He will also recommend a good shop if needed. You can't get a better and honest deal. Mr. Wilson only accepts cash or check that threw me off I got to admit but it is a better way to handle business. I got the 80 bucks in cash quickly that way he could get to his next client. Be aware of this that way if you decide to do business you have cash or check on hand or know where your nearest 7 - eleven is. Also keep in mind that and when Mr. Wilson does get held up at the dealerships ( yes he works with dealerships ) , work with him as far as appointments. I did and I don't regret a dam thing due to my car looking like a brand new kick a** car. Thank You so much Mr. Wilson !! If I get another dent ( hopefully not ) I will call you again. Thank You again !!! read more

I am a perfectionist. I own a pristine 1997 jade green Jaguar XJ6. There were 4 dings that ruined the otherwise perfect body. Repaint and clear coat were quoted at over $1500. .Eric came to my home on 12-6-14 and I remain absolutely elated at the superb job he did. He is more of a perfectionist than I am. The price was far less than the quote for paint. God bless you Eric, you are the best at what you do, be proud. Sincerely, Dave C. read more
