However, as soon as I left the shop, they removed the tires and never put air back in them. My car has Run-Flat tires, which can be damaged very easily when driven without proper air pressure. Thank God I turned around quickly. I had not washed my car until today, September 30th, and that's when I noticed that one of the tires was missing one of the special Mercedes-Benz wheel-lock nuts. I immediately went back to the shop to explain what had happened and ask where the missing lug nut was. The owner--I don't know his name--was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help me resolve the issue, he simply told me that he would "see if he could help me." The special lug nut was never found. Instead, he gave me a generic replacement that was not even remotely the correct Mercedes-Benz part. I would NEVER recommend this place. They do not respect their customers, and their employees are not careful when removing or reinstalling wheels. NEVER GO THERE.

Sup Yelper! I've gotta tell you about this service. They're amazing! Seriously…read more Two weeks ago I made the mistake that would any car enthusiast shake their head. I'm the type of guy who takes care of his vehicle, it's kept clean, interior and exterior. I try to park away from the general population in most places. And I always try to find a corner parking spot. After a great dinner I pulled out of a corner spot I found in the restroom parking lot. I didn't realize how close I was to the curb and I turned my wheels as I backed out. Only to hear and feel a grinding noise. Instantly, my heart sank in my chest because I knew I had just scratched my right front 21" black alloy wheel. Having to face my fears I walked out to find two scratches. Luckily I searched and found Allow Wheel Repair. A mobile wheel repair service. I called, made an appointment, and prayed for the best. It turned out better than I imagined. Albert sent me a text the night before to confirm. I met him at an open parking lot. He was on time and as he pulled in with the trailer in tow it seemed like a knight in shining armor. He inspected the wheel and said "no problem". It won't take more than 30 minutes. He pulled the wheel out, sanded smoothed the scratch. He then went into the paint booth room of the trailer and a few minutes later he returned with the wheel painted perfectly to match the color. It's as good as new! Thank you so much Albert! You are the man! And thank you AWRS! For a great service and price point. If it happens to you, look no further AWRS has you covered. Take a look at the real before and after pics. Hope this helps you amigo!
