He screamed at me (19 year old girl, college student) due to me being quoted $250 MAX for the pick up of the vehicle by his employee when I questioned why the price was $585. I then get yelled at being called a liar, and also got yelled at for "calling his employee a liar." My 20yr old female friend was also screamed at to the point she was crying in the office. He decides to even it out with $350, after claiming it was impounded, yelling at me, calling me a liar, and "making his time wasted.". The other employees in the office were amazing, helpful, and explained the situation while their boss was screaming at a teenager. Afterwards we had left the office to go retrieve the car. While switching vehicles we see said man, owner, manager person, leave the office and start walking towards us which is across the street. At this point we're are scared and trying to leave as soon as possible because we felt unsafe and scared of this man.
