The axle on my boat trailer broke, giving me less than two weeks to get it fixed before leaving for Lake Powell. I called Tommy at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday night and he immediately went to work to secure a tow truck driver for 10:30 the next morning. When I arrived at 10:15 the next day, Dave was already waiting for me. Dave was off the charts amazing. He assessed the problem, and then carefully went to work, lifting the boat and trailer onto his flatbed. We were both stressed, knowing that the trailer barely fit the flatbed and that the wheel could break off at any point. Once the boat was on the trailer, he meticulously tied everything down, including the wheel that was about to fall off. I met him at the trailer repair place, and Dave showed as much precaution and expertise in offloading the boat and trailer as he did in getting it on his flatbed. Tommy charged $300 and I tipped Dave $75--but it was such a good deal!! I've added Absolute Towing to my address book and will only call them in the future for my towing services. read more

I called to ask how much a tow would cost. I was asked what type of vehicle I needed towing. I said I needed a sedan towed. The representative on the phone got really upset with that and told me to just answer the question with make and model. I asked, calmly, how that effected the price. He said he needed me to just answer a simple question. I said that I asked a simple question. He started yelling at me and I said that I will get business elsewhere. This company/Tom is FANTASTIC!! I had an old car that was my dad's beloved car. I finally decided to get it working but needed a trustworthy and reliable company to tow it to the mechanic. This is a classic car and is extremely sentimental to me so someone who made sure they took the best care of it was important. That was Tom!!! He took the back roads to avoid the highway and made sure the mechanic would have it in a secure place. He went the extra mile for me because he knew how important it is to me. My car broke down near Colorado Blvd and roadside assistance through my insurance was going to be at least a two hour wait. I had my daughter with me and it was a very hot day so I googled tow truck companies and started calling. Tommy said he could be there within 45 minutes so I went across the street to Walgreen's to shop for some school supplies. I kid you not, I did not even have time for that, because Tommy was there in less than 10 minutes! It was such a relief not to spend hours waiting for a tow. Probably I will cancel my roadside add-on because they always take way too long to come, and just call Tommy next time. Tommy was awesome! my girlfriend's car wouldn't move out of 'park' and we were stuck overnight in a random parking lot waiting for two other tow trucks that never showed up. we eventually left in my car and went back in the morning, called Absolute Towing and Tommy showed up not even 5 minutes after i called! that's not even the best part either, he also showed us a few tricks that might help the car move out of park and miraculously fixed the problem entirely! with no additional fees! we are so grateful for his time and help, definitely will contact him first if we ever have car problems again. highly recommend! :) read more
