This company has a lot that they rent out lots for RV storage. We chose this lot since it was secured with a large electric gate only accessible by using a code. This gate has been broken and open more than it has worked. Therefore our RV has been unsecured month after month yet the company had NEVER offered a discount on our rent let alone communicating an apology. I spoke with the office woman today to find out what was up with this gate and the repair. She said it was fixed last night. I tried to explain this has been a security issue for a long time and has bothered us. She proceeded to chastise me saying he (the owner) know all that and if we aren't happy to go somewhere else. To the person whining because the gate sometimes didn't work. Glad you are gone. I rent in the RV lot, as well as the enclosed storage. Have never had anything but the friendliest and most helpful service. I highly recommend them. And in my experience, the gate works most of the time, and is fixed on a timely basis if it fails. read more
