And that's it. The truth of the matter is- Mr. Awesome isn't a jack-of-all-trades. And that's fine by me. Because at least I know, his main and only focus is on Glass. But damn he's good...Better than good! Attention to detail is what he does best. Came over and gave my husband and I an estimate along with precise measurements. Installation took place on his second visit (along with his assistant). I was impressed how she quickly, and accurately did an eyeball measurement as accurate as my calipers. It's a nice operation. The shop looked busy and the equipment looked good and everything was as kept nice and neat. I was just a little disappointed that it would take 5 days to get to my job. But, I'd rather the job be done correctly as opposed to a rushed, sloppy job. In the end it took much longer than anticipated. I admit I was a little miffed, but the tech cut the new mirror almost exactly as the 58 year old original mirror. So all beef was forgotten, but I did pay a handsome price for the custom work.
