I e-mailed this business to see if they could patch a few bolt holes in a motorcycle triple tree before applying powdercoating. They said they could, so I sent them the item. It was returned with the wrong color powdercoating and the holes weren't filled. I completed the work myself with some Bondo and Rustoleum. (It looks great, if I do say so myself :) Unfortunately, the company would not offer a refund without photographic proof of their mistake. The powdercoating was definitely of questionable quality, but it was better than the customer service, I must admit. read more
