After testing my plug, computer, and motor, Derrick came to the conclusion that my dryer was fine. He suggested that it was my outlet. (He is not an electrician, so he could not repair or diagnose my outlet.) To not totally waste my service call, I asked if I could get a vent clean out. Derrick went out to his truck and grabbed his equipment and quickly cleared my vent line. Note that I had an Electrician come out the following day. He discovered in fact wires were not properly tightened inside my outlet...and replaced the outlet. Now my dryer works great. I highly recommend DP Appliance, as Derrick knows what he is doing and is an extremely fair and reputable business owner.

Hermitage Lighting Gallery is the best lighting store in town. I've had people tell me they think…read moreit is expensive, but it really depends on what you buy. They have a huge assortment of light fixtures for every price range. I've been in here before for lighting for my house and for my investment property. Most recently I was looking for 3 semi-flush light fixtures for my hallway. Daniel was the person helping me this time and he was excellent and helped me make a quick decision. I'm not one to dawdle over things. A week later and I'm still very pleased with my purchases. The best part of Hermitage Lighting Gallery is that they have almost every fixture in stock and you don't have to wait! They also have everything you can think of for your house. From light fixtures to choice furnishings to toilets and appliances. Speaking of toilets, you have got to use the restroom while there. The toilet in there is high tech, I will not ruin the surprise. Just make sure you use the restroom!

I ordered a set of cabinet bits on a promise from Wayne. I was a HUGE Freud fan. Wayne claimed "My Tri-Star bits are just as good as Freud 4-wing bits. You buy them and don't think so yurself, you can send them back at my cost." Well, I bought a set and several other sets. Earlier this week, I finally broke a 1/4" shaft. I gave them a call to see what happened. They educated me on what I did wrong (another great benefit of these guys is they want to help and give advice whenever they can to make sure your projects turn out perfect) and replaced the bit. The bit was at my house the next day. Great advice, great service. If you are interested in getting started or need a place for high-end router bits, Woodline is where to go.
