He offered a good deal ($400 a year if pay now, $500 if pay quarterly) So I took him up on it. Ted came out and was super nice and informed and explained how the products work and assured me safe for children and pets. He sprayed inside and out and ant glue? in the cracks. He even swept the spider webs away from the front of the house. Unlimited visits included for all pests so goodbye So far so good! At the inspection, I could tell from the nimble way Mr. Kegley climbed the ladder to my roof that he was a seasoned roofer. They were on time, reasonably priced, tidy, and did a great job on my roof. Fast forward 15 years. I discovered a leak in my living room ceiling and traced the leak to a seam between the main roof and the porch roof. I called up Antietam and asked for help. They called the next day and had someone swing by to check on it, who fixed the couple of nail pop-ups that caused the leak. No charge.
