Overall this is a great venue. There's been a few changes over the years, I'm not a fan of all tickets are now paperless... there's always a few people holding up the line struggling to pull up their tickets. For me I liked to keep my ticket stubs from the events.... Security personnel have always been nice and easy to work with. Ushers for different events are ok, sometimes they need help for the different seating arrangements. We had floor seats for a basketball game and we had to go through three different ushers because they didn't know where we should go. Football games are great, not a bad seat. Basketball is a bit different, I will only go if I have floor seats. The court distance to the seats are too far for me. Over the years I've seen a few concerts, usually they are pretty good.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, the seats were comfortable and were not cramped -- we were in the second row left. We felt like we were on stage. I didn't use the ladies' room or visit the bar, which I was told is a beautiful copper bar. 4 stars instead of 5 because the act itself was not of the caliber I expected. Perhaps it was a one-off. I look forward to returning again if I am in the area.

Prices are reasonable, they offer Veteran discounts and they have a fantastic promotion schedule. But the main reason is baseball: the Mets AAA team, these guys hustle every game. The lower level has three more bathrooms, a "kitchen prep" area (no oven but lots of counter space for slow cookers/etc), and 2 spaces that can be utilized as dressing rooms. The main level is handicap accessible (all flat/level flooring). Interior is beautiful and the manager is great at getting back to you/working with you to make the event the best it can be. Perfect setting for showers, parties, or even a small wedding. Ample parking! A gem that should definitely not be overlooked.

Not much of a line, and easy to get in. I purposely picked the side balcony from when I'd been here before. We were front row, and it's closer to the stage than the center balcony. Well, all that was great, but there's a ledge in front of the seats, and I'm too short to see over it, lol! I had to lean forward to see everything. Luckily it was just one person. The seats are really nice and are comfortable. However, the wall in front of you is very close, and there's not much room for your legs and feet. My husband is tall, and his knees were right up against it. It's a nice venue. It's not very big, and not a lot of big names come here, but it's nice if someone you like does. There were TVs on the side of the stage that also had a very nice picture. There was a line for drinks. It was $11 for a mixed drink, and like $25 for rum punch and some other stuff.
