I have extremely rare condition which causes rare subset conditions that most doctors pass off on me as "difficult". The Doctors here and their P.A.'s have always gone the mile for me and it has made a difference in my overall quality of life and care. Not the greatest shopping center to makes lefts in or out of. I grew up down the road from here and remember this building as Blockbuster. :) Ambiance: clean, modern, sleek waiting room. A little quiet and sterile, but for what the building is, that's OK. Care/service: was there for my daughter, and we no longer live in the area. Chose this place based on my Dad's recommendation, location on Google maps, and that it had great hours of availability. The gal at the front wasn't too friendly, but maybe her coffee hadn't kicked in yet because she was really nice when we were departing. The nurse and the PA who we eventually saw in the back were so warm and professional. They really put my daughter at ease. From walking in the door with an online scheduled appointment of 10 to leaving was under an hour. We saw two other patients exit, and the building was very quiet. I imagine that the wait can be FAR longer during a busier time of the day, so I am so glad that our experience was a prompt and as pleasant as it was!

I had to ask for bloodwork, and I also had to ask for a prescription to help manage the pain I was experiencing. There was no attempt to investigate the cause of my symptoms or provide meaningful guidance. I was essentially told that if I wanted any real effort in diagnosing the issue, I should go to the ER or see my primary care physician--making the urgent care visit feel pointless. The entire interaction felt rushed and dismissive. Dr. Kim seemed impatient and irritated by my questions, and the initial consult lasted no more than three minutes before he excused himself, saying he had other things to do. I left feeling unheard, unsupported, and no closer to understanding or resolving my symptoms. Went online to book an appointment at this location and understood there was a 2 hour wait time. I got a text telling me to head on in and my place in line would be held, right after booking so I was a little confused. When I arrived, there was no one in the waiting area. I checked in at the kiosk and waited. The NP, Sara, came out to see if I was there for an appointment and I let her know it said a 2 hour wait time. She checked her schedule and then got me in right away. She was super kind and wonderful bedside manner. Got through some pre-checks quickly and then did a Covid/strep/flu test. Pretty sure I was past the contagious period due to my symptoms being a few days ago. She had me wait in waiting area for about 10 minutes while she ran the labs. It all came back as negative and I was on my way. I think I was there for 25 minutes max. The quickness was wonderful but her demeanor made the visit better. Worst clinic experience ever. They even scheduled me for an exam that they do not offer…read more I visited them last yr for my annual physical check. The exam went smoothly though I did waited for forever in the waiting room and exam room for the doctor, which was fine since most clinics are like that. After my results were in, the clinic refused to explain my report over the phone and insist for me to go in again. Eventually, I finally obtained a copy of my results and discussed the results with a doctor at school health center, I knew I had to schedule a follow up procedure for an abnormal result. I scheduled the procedure with the Primary Care Center, went in, waited in the waiting room then exam room while the doctor was seating in the hallway and laughing/chating with someone over the phone for over 20min. Finally, after she was done talking, she explained my results to me and told me that she had to refer me to someone for my follow up procedure. So, in addition to the discomfort, the adventure to get the needed prescription does no meri high marks for this location.

This location is clearly not set up to provide efficient drug tests. Before showing up, I had called the center a few days prior and asked how long the tests would take. I was told to simply show up before 4:30 pm and that it take around 30 minutes. When I showed up and walked inside, there were around 20 sick people sitting in the lobby waiting to see the doctor or nurse practitioner. When I walked up to the counter, nobody greeted me. I stood there for 10+ minutes, and the three people working behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me. After waiting, one of the workers asked if I had been helped. I handed him my pre-employment drug screening paperwork. He then asked one of his colleagues about the current wait time. She told him that it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait. I asked if they had someone who could simply do the drug test, because I did not need to be seen by the doctor or nurse. They told me that they only have 1 medical professional working. They told me that I would have to wait behind the 20+ people sitting in the lobby. This type of business should not be doing pre-employment drug screening. They are clearly not prepared to handle this procedures in a reasonable amount of time. This is a medical clinic where sick people come to be seen by a doctor or nurse practitioner. A 2 to 3 hour wait for a drug test is absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable. If you are in need of drug screening, I would recommend you consider one of the Fastest Labs locations in the Atlanta area. Their process takes around 15 minutes, and there is typically no wait.

The first thing they told us was that they don't do rapid test which we know is in accurate then they proceeded to tell us they're short staffed and we'd have to come back at 3 PM, three hours from when we walked in and there were no patience in the waiting room. The person at the front was rude and looked like he had been sleeping before we walked in! Will never go back, especially when there's three other urgent cares in a 1 mile radius!

Unfortunately my son needed an xray and I called in advance, they were very nice and helpful but never told me that if the bone was broken they couldn't fix it. So why have a kid in pain come in, pay for an xray and then send you to children's healthcare! Also kindness matters... the lady who told me this, was with this attitude like when you talk so loud and fast so the other cannot talk like it was obvious they didn't do casts on kids! Its not obvious lady, just be human and don't say you can take a boy in pain if you cannot do ANYTHING TO HELP! I just hope you don't have to go through this with a son. This place is a plain joke. I would give no star if I could. It's better to go to the ER…read more I came in with a finger injury, and the stitches were done so poorly that pieces of my flesh were actually sticking out between them (see pictures attached) and this made the healing process far more painful than it needed to be. An X-ray was taken that same day, and I was told there were no fractures, just a simple flesh wound. I was not given any medication, no antibiotics, and not even basic instructions on how to care for the injury (despite me asking). I was simply told to go home and come back in a week. If my mother, who is a nurse, had not guided me through daily wound care, I would have been completely lost and the wound would have gotten infected. When I returned seven days later, I was suddenly told that the first X-ray had actually shown a fracture, and that antibiotics had been written in my chart but this was never communicated to me. By this point, I could not even make a fist with that finger , and only then was I referred to a hand orthopedic doctor. That referral should have been made immediately so the internal injury could be treated before the outer wound began healing. If my finger does not heal properly, I fully intend to take legal action. The level of negligence I experienced is unacceptable, and no one's health should ever be treated this carelessly.
