Once she has discovered where all the knots are she begins your massage as if she is following a road map. Ann is the best massage therapist I've ever met and since my first appointment I've became a monthly repeat client. Prices are very affordable and is worth every minute of the total massage. I get a one hour massage every-time and the time flies by so fast. Please take note of her new location. 5 Stars is a reputation that most massage therapist only wish for but Ann has 5 Star reviews from numbers of clients. Crystal is one of the best massage therapists I have experienced in 20+ years of receiving…read moretreatment. She is a part time power lifter so she has super strength as well. I saw another review that implied funny business happened here and that couldn't be further from the truth. It is unfortunate someone would post a review without having firsthand information.

My husband and I booked a 90-minute couples massage at SVIP Massage, and it was very disappointing…read more We were taken to a room with two tables but given no instructions. My husband asked for focus on his back, but this wasn't followed. The massage lacked pressure and felt like lotion being lightly rubbed on our skin. Cold lotion was applied directly, which was uncomfortable. The therapist struggled with her chair and even moved the table while I was on it. Both therapists chatted in Chinese throughout. The room was very cold, and despite mentioning it, nothing changed. My husband also asked for deeper pressure, but it never improved. Communication was difficult due to a language barrier. The massage lacked flow, jumping between areas instead of working muscles properly. At the end, I tipped $20 each, but was told via translation app that $30 each was expected, which made things more uncomfortable. The therapists seemed kind, but overall the technique, communication, comfort, and professionalism fell far below expectations. We won't be returning.

I purchased an hour session and received a full hour treatment. I disrobed and the lights were dimmed. Light, calming music played setting the environment for me to relax. My technician was firm but gentle. She sought stress knots out meticulously and destroyed them and finally evicted them without notice!!!! It was so needed and honestly as stressed as I am I am sure I need more than one session. I think this will be the perfect place to get real self care, not just a run down. My locked up muscles were released and I can breathe easier now.

Updating my review in light of COVID --…read more The health spa is still open during COVID and is taking additional precautions to protect staff and customers. Staff and customers have to wear masks, they limit the amount of people allowed in the spa at one time, and they wipe down/clean and disinfect everything after each customer comes. I did a couples massage with my husband for 90 minutes with hot stone therapy and it was so nice. Even with wearing a mask it was still easy to relax and enjoy after all the stress 2020 has brought us all lol. Nina was my masseuse and my husband had Linda. Both ladies were very nice and attentive and did an amazing job! I told Nina I do a lot of computer work for my job, so she focused a lot on getting out the tension from my head, neck, shoulders, and lower back/sciatica/tailbone area since those are tender spots when you're working remotely from home on a computer all day Anyways, definitely would recommend to anyone looking to have a pamper/treat yourself day.
