Honest, reliable, and truly stands behind his work…read more We had a great experience with Chris from Quality Glass Bathroom Help. We originally contacted him in July because our sliding door had come off the track. He came out, fixed it, and charged us $135. He also told us that his repair came with a 3-month warranty. Unfortunately, the door came off the track again, so we reached back out to Chris. He came out yesterday to take another look, honored the warranty, and was very honest with us about what was going on. He explained that the door would need more extensive work and gave us an estimate of $1,200-$1,600 for the additional repairs. We decided not to move forward with the larger repair because of the cost, and what really impressed me was how Chris handled it. He completely understood our decision and offered to refund the original $135 service charge since the door was still having issues within the warranty period. I really appreciate this level of honesty and integrity. He could have easily just pushed us toward the more expensive repair, but instead he was transparent about our options and made sure we were taken care of. It's refreshing to find a business owner who is honest, reliable, and genuinely stands behind his work. Thank you, Chris, for the great customer service! I would definitely recommend Quality Glass Bathroom Help.

Short version: Quality Glass will give you superior quality and excellent service at a better price…read morethan any of their competition. Cris was perfect from start to finish. I told him what I wanted and he gave me an estimate then came out to take a look and some measurements. He was super respectful and while he was here he explained the design mistake I was about to make and saved me from myself. My wife and I re-thought our plans and made better choices, and Cris gave us a new quote that still blew the competition out of the water. His price was for 1/2" glass (as opposed to the 3/8" all the competitors quoted) and still beat them out. We ordered our glass and it came in super fast, and Cris and his team installed it even faster. They chose hardware that matched the existing hardware in the bathroom and did a beautiful job with the install. Then on the way out Cris fixed the hinges on my door, I guess because he's a handy guy and had a drill in his hand. Excellent work, full marks. 1000 points for Gryffindor.

We have a specialty window over our kitchen sink, a garden window that came with the house and is…read morevery old (1990's). Was quoted by a different company $4,500 to replace it and that price was unacceptable as it cost me $8,200 to replace all my other windows including a new sliding patio door recently. So I found this company who was able to replace parts of it and save me a lot of money. A tech was sent out to measure and provide an estimate (sorry cannot remember his name) he quoted for all 6 pieces as I asked but told me I only needed to change 2 if I was going to do any of it. The 2 main pieces had dust and dirt in between the panes so I could never get the window clean. After I decided to move forward I scheduled the install and Marlo showed up and was very professional and polite. He did the job very quickly and when he was removing the 2 old glass panes we discovered that they had completely failed as the outer pieces of glass separated from the inner spacer in effect leaving me with single pane glass. Marlo installed the new low e double pane glass and I now have a window that is in much better condition, clean, and way more efficient. Thanks Cut Rate & Marlo
