Came into this bank, interested in opening a new account but walked out extremely disappointed and…read moreupset for another female bank teller. I witnessed an older female named Lupe whom I later found out to be the manager, talking negatively to a younger teller. I could hear her through a door cussing at her and talking down to her. Then when the younger teller walked out she looked like she was almost in tears. After talking with other individuals that have been there I've been informed that this manager is always hateful to other tellers and seems to have a horrible overall attitude. I am glad I didn't open an account there.
