I want to give a big thumbs up for -H-vac. They were highly recommended by a construction friend…read more They got to me as fast as possible. Their office personnel were very professional. They got here ahead of time. And their technician walked me through the worst and best case scenarios. When the technician, Chuck, found the problem, he immediately informed me that it was not a big issue and then fixed the unit rapidly. Chuck was smart, well-spoken, friendly and professional. He even gave me information that helped me understand the mini-split's great efficiency. The price was extremely reasonable. Big Thumbs Up Will Otey

We didn't inspect the ductwork ourself, afraid to crawl in the crawl space, but sort of assumed we needed to replace it. Other companies came out and inspected it and assured us the rats had damaged it beyond repair and that the whole system needed to be replaced, and gave us very high estimates. At long last, we had Tyler, the chief technician at Flores come and take a look. He said that our ductwork was in great shape and the rats had done minimal damage, so minimal, that repairs were not even needed. He had no financial incentive to tell me that truth and I am incredibly grateful. Should we need HVAC work in the future, we will only be dealing with Flores. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the less than positive reviews on this company were coming from their unscrupulous competitors, some who wanted my to pay $10,000 for a brand new ducting system that we apparently do not need.

We first started our journey with this company after the Camp Fire. After they lost our contract…read morebecause of turn over, they finally began working with our insurance company. They repeatedly had communication issues with us and the insurance company and TWO YEARS LATER had only installed a temp pole, dug a hole trying to find our well, and rebuilt a water tank and pressure tank with a USED booster pump. They charged our insurance 2,145.00 for that used pump (it was OUR OLD PUMP they NEVER replaced it) and told us that the reason why the pvc pipe kept breaking was because of PG&E power fluctuations. We had to pay out of pocket for another company to come fix their error after multiple problems with it. They tried to charge us for repairing this problem and even threatened to put a lien on our property for not paying them to repair their error. FINALLY, we parted ways with a threat to the CSLB in 2020 and found a new contractor, just in time for the Covid material cost increases. We should have filed our complaint with the CSLB and taken them to court. I suggest you have your contract looked at by a contract attorney if you decide to go with this company. You may have to hire a secretary to deal with them and try to get them to respond to you because it was a nearly full-time job for me. We have tried to make the owner/manager aware of the issues we experienced but we don't know if he doesn't care of if the local office is preventing our concerns from reaching him. We have all communications and documents regarding this issue. If you want to know more, reach out to me directly.

Each and every worker was excellent, attentive, & kind. The crews showed up daily, sometimes before dawn, and worked tirelessly. Shawn Shingler was in charge of our project, and was wonderful to work with. He assured us that they would be there for us after we moved in to fix any issues that might arise over the coming months. And yes, the little fixes have been quickly dealt with. It was a pleasure working with these folks, & we would do it again! Our thanks to all of them...they are like family now.

I can't think of another Contractor I would use to rebuild my own house. Everyone is very honest, caring and feel like we're all family. Starting with the office staff wanting to help with design questions; showing all the different items you may like. They are very knowledgeable-working with insurance companies to get everything coming to you. In this time of rebuilding I can't think of a better contractor then Trilogy. Most of us never thought we would ever rebuild and it is a lot to take in. Trilogy is there with you though ever step of the way. They have a great sub-contractor base doing great work because they take care of them.
