Victoria(Nurse)I understand being in a crazy building where things are constantly going. However, bed side manner is a thing. I was passing a kidney stone and was trying to get comfortable on the bed(while watching my IV obviously not close enough). You then come in 15 mins later(because someone informed you I was just letting it chill out of my arm until someone got the chance to come back. You didn't give me any button and I wasn't going to scream I was in pain.)I wasn't pushing nobody away from their duties. You then throw open the blinds "Why would you pull out the IV" I said I'm so sorry I didn't do it on purpose". You instantly with even more attitude say "I had a patient having a heart attack and you pull me to put the IV back in your arm cause you ripped it out." I said "I'm sorry I didn't mean to do it on purpose." You then walk out and slam the curtains again damn aggressive. I apologized to all the nurses if I was rude that I was in pain and just kept apologizing. Not once did that you come back in to apologize. I want you to have some bedside manner or apologize cause that was a lot! We will be filing further if you can't apologize and be a respectful adult. I didn't do anything on purpose. Mistakes happen. I'll be in back soon. We all have bad days that why I apologized! Trying to make this a direct message to her. Exactly what happened. Victoria was extremely rude, I've never once experienced that. If she was having a bad day, I get it. However I don't believe it takes 4+ hours to realize. I really enjoy seeing Dr. Pramhus. He's extremely friendly and knowledgeable. it's also so nice they have a lab attached so you can get your blood work done quickly. I understand there are people unhappy with their care but as a nurse myself these people are the best!! They are thorough and kind and advanced in knowledge. They saved my life exactly 4 years ago after several doctors failed to diagnose me correctly. Please respect them and know that you are in great hands. The best!!! read more

Worst healthcare system I've ever seen have been a patient for 10years and I will go through the process of finding all new providers rather than letting them overcharge me for a PA visit that they are charging me for that cost more than my actual Doctor visit and when I called them on it they told me to take it up with my insurance but they are the ones who coded the visit wrong and they refused to fix it read more

This place is just fantastic. Online appt booking, a front office staff that is very friendly and efficient, complete the paperwork before your appointment online, and the best doctors and PA's that you could ask for. We love Dr. Duke, and Kirstine Blackshear is great as well. Dr. Ghanta is also very good. Need a prescription refill in between appointments? No problem, send your doc an email and it's done, usually same day. Just can't say enough good things about this group of professionals. Give it a try! read more

Don't go to any hospital and service owned by Abrazo. My dad got MRSA from a hospital in Phoenix during a schedule surgery. It led to 6 months of a 7 inch would on his arm that requires daily care. Our family traded off and made it work but it was tough. It wasn't in the emergency room. It was in a room that does surgeries. And we scheduled six weeks in advance. Until they loose money they will continue to be unsafe. read more

Normally when I go into the Dr. at this location everyone is very nice, professional. Today, not so much. My ear had been operated on (20 stitches) so a mask was impossible to put on, so the nice lady at the front office said, "Just hold it up over your face," so I did. I also explained to her that I had the virus in March and according to Science I am the safest person in the country to be around (19% safer and more protected than those that are vaccinated, per a huge study in Israel and other studies as well) ... When I was exposed to the virus several times after that, I never caught it again. I have felt very safe not using a mask, however I don't want to cause problems, so I try my best to comply. However, this time... I have a huge gash on my ear... not a tiny scratch.. and it was PAINFUL even to the touch. Anyway, I was not a threat to anyone... and regardless of the mask request, I still complied and held it over my face... even though the odds of me spreading it was less likely than lightening bolts flashing from my fingertips, I still did as I was asked. I was there to bring my son who was 9 years old. He was able to have his mask on. However, all this being said I am not here to complain about their mask policy. I am here to complain about the lack of professionalism, common sense, empathy or concern from another employee, a woman, who seemed emotionally unstable.... or like she was auditioning for a soap opera... you decide. She screamed at me in feigned panic in front of my 9 year old son.... She screamed, "GET AWAY FROM ME!! YOU WILL GET ME SICK!" all while backing away from me in dramatic fashion... she seriously acted like she was insane and unstable. I tried to show her that I was holding the mask over my face and tried to show her my very red, pulsating, and painful ear, but she backed away from me in some crazed overly-dramatic, unprofessional way. My son could not help but laugh... I was too shocked that an adult was acting like this to do or say much at the time. Instead of the drama... especially in front of a child, why not think rationally? She knows the chances of my having or transmitting a disease is less than 1% (not per me, per science and per math)... and I had the mask over my face, just not over my ears. The odds of her getting sick from me... especially if she has a mask on (although some reports say those types of masks do not work at all) and her vaccine, is practically IMPOSSIBLE for me to get her or anyone else sick ... So why overly dramatize and freak-out a 9 year old kid? Thankfully, my son is very logical and spent most of the time making fun of this woman and telling everyone (even some strangers) that some crazy lady works upstairs at his Doctor's office... and to be warned! He is an extroverted and outspoken boy. I love this office, but that woman and her immature behavior was way over the top. I wish she would have said, "OMG your ear looks horrible, keep the mask over your face and let's get you to your room... I hope you feel better soon!" Instead, she decided that I was a leper and that she was in a soap opera. I was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism I saw in this office. Was I happy about wearing a mask when it is just not logical? No, I will admit that... but I was complying, so why the drama and over acting? Why the crazed, over-exaggerated rhetoric and nonsense? Being rude and hateful to one another is far more dangerous than COVID ever could or will be. I hope anyone reading this will receive this message. Screaming at hurt people, screaming in front of children, demeaning someone, bullying someone... it should NOT be acceptable, especially when there is an obvious reason for not going along with something. Try LISTENING, try tolerance, try understanding... there was no real threat I posed at all so to receive this treatment was off-putting at best. I hope that woman is able to get the help she needs... There has to be something else in her life that has her so upset. I hope she is able to get out of her box and learn to be human again. This could have been handled in a way that she still got what she wanted (she already had what she wanted), but in a professional and mature way. Whether you agree with masks or not... this is not about that. This is about common decency, humanity, and some common sense that is needed. Emotions do not handle things well... and people in a professional Dr. Office should know that. They need to lead the rest of us when we are acting emotionally crazy, not escalate it or react to it. When I did see the doctor, she was nice. However, I wish she would have apologized for the crazy-lady's behavior rather than just try to make excuses for it by explaining how deadly not having a mask on is. I have been around many people with COVID. I have had COVID. I am alive... and my immune system is better for it (per science, not per me). God Bless read more

Not a great hospital. I wouldn't get surgery here. I've been in the background and it's awful how they handle their tools

Your kidding right? This country has gone to hell in a hand bag. I make an appointment and they spam me with text messages and phone calls. At least 8 of them. Not to mention emails. They tell me that they will send me the new patient information to fill out before my appointment. Then they text and call me with recorded messages a few more times but never do they give me the information that I really need. So, the day I am suppose to go in there I call. I hold for 20 minutes and then I get someone in the front office who is clueless as to how to give me this information. I search online find it and print and sign 10 pages as well as go to the patient portal and register and fill out the information there. Then I get to the facility for my appointment and I had her all 10 pages, she says I can't read this the print is too small. I did not control the print. But she doesn't need to or have any business reading it anyways. Then my name is called and she says. She is a new patient. She just got here and hasn't filled out any paperwork. REALLY! So she hands me three sheets and says have a seat. I stand there sign and fill them out in 3 seconds. Then I go sit down. She tells no one that I am ready to be seen. I wait for over 20 minutes. Go back to see the Dr. Their front office staff leaves A LOT to be desired. Finally a very nice Dr. comes in. She is training. She gets all of my information and tells me that she saw my information on the Portal. Well, maybe someone could clue the front desk staff in and get them trained. She listens too me and seems like she is really gonna help me. We talk about prescriptions etc. Then the Dr. Primus comes in. Again, really a nice guy who seems to care and recommends that I get a blood test done before they prescribe anything to make sure that there are no other underlying conditions. I go back out and wait another 10 minutes. Get stabbed in both arms because she can't find blood in the first one. And leave. Over two hours. Thinking, I'm so glad I found a place that has inhouse testing and is going to actually do something for me. The next day I receive the phone call about two things but then she says, the Dr. says he would like you to come back in 6 - 12 months for another test. Doesn't address any of the medications we discussed or any of the things on my test that are the most important. So, I tell her that I need him to call me about the prescriptions we discussed. All day today I wait and no phone call. So, I call them. It doesn't even give you an option to speak to a Dr. or a Nurse. Then I choose to schedule an appointment and suddenly everything is in Spanish. I live in the USA! Finally I hit 00000 and I get a recording at 4:36pm that the office is closed and to call back tomorrow. WTF! My time was completely wasted yet they were paid for doing what apparently mattered only to them. I left a message on the portal now twice for a phone call! Medical care in the US is a joke. read more

Took months to get a new patient appointment then waited forever at the visit. Now, months later, I'm sick and they won't see me because "it could be Covid". I'm vaccinated and had Covid twice pre vaccination. How as a doctors office do you turn away someone who is sick and an established patient. I will be moving my family from this office. The last thing you feel like doing when u are sick is leaving the house. I've been sick and on antibiotics over a week and just getting worse. When I started really struggling to catch my breath I made an appointment. I met DAWN MAXWELL FNP-C for the first time today. She was thorough took her time and listened to my symptoms and concerns. She determined that the antibiotic that i was currently taking was not designed to treat what i was experiencing. She changed my antibiotic but only after she researched which one would be best for me taking into account my symptoms, allergies and medical history. I left there feeling very confident that I would be feeling better in no time flat. All medical professionals should take a lesson from DAWN MAXWELL! read more

Brought my wife to her new patient appointment and we didn't get our temperatures checked--no one in the lobby did--and they also had almost everyone wait without a mask. Cashiers at frys have better protection then their employees do. Don't get exposed here if you are high risk! read more

I have been coming here for years and have been seeing Dawn Maxwell (after my mom recommended her to me). I don't think I could ever change doctors anymore. I really hope I can keep seeing Dawn for as long as I can because I've yet to meet a doctor to make me feel safe and comfortable about my health. Another thing that made me even more comfortable was she took her support dog Sam in and it instantly lifted my spirits up. My mom had mentioned Sam before but it had been a while since I had seen Dawn. Sam was the sweetest and calmest dog! and I'm not sure if he could tell I was nervous when Dawn walked in with him but he instantly sat next to me and I immediately felt relief like he was telling me it's going to be ok. I really hope Sam comes everyday especially for next time I come to see Dawn because I woke up feeling like I was just over being sick but Sam gave me the sign that everything was going to be ok. and that's what a lot of patients need. read more
