Dr Nazar is amazing. She goes through in depth information about your bloodwork, your body,…read moreexplains exactly what is going on by piecing together your medical history, symptoms, bloodwork etc. She tells you a story about your body and helps you to learn how to begin to heal the dis-ease in your body. My 18 year old daughter has been dealing with menstrual problems for the past 2 years and the only resolution by medical doctors is birth control. Dr Nazar gave a natural alternative to begin the healing process for my daughter through diet, supplements. Acupuncture, and taking care of the problem at its core rather than covering it up. I am optimistic that she will be able to help my daughter and get her body and hormones functioning properly. I am truly excited for this journey and I plan on making an appointment for myself and addressing a few issues that can be approached in a hollistic way.

I would drink diet soda like it was going out of style. I would eat unhealthy things, fast food multiple times a week. I was not sure what to expect. The ambiance in her office is very comfortable and she made me feel relaxed from the beginning. We talked about what my goals were and then she started asking questions, we had a great dialog about how I saw food and my relationship with eating. We then proceeded to the hypnotherapy part of the session. I felt relaxed and refreshed throughout the process. I had to do some shopping that night after my first session, I went directly to the salad and fruit sections. From that day till now I have not touched soda or juice. I learned to enjoy and savor my food and to eat what my body needs. I have created brand new positive habits in my life, healthy eating, working out, fresh new outlook on work and family. I have been seeing Julia for a little over 6 months and in that time I have lost 65 pounds. I have gone from sitting all day, and eating badly to adding workouts to my daily routing, watching what and how I eat. I could not be more pleased. I look forward to our sessions, as I feel renewed afterwards. She also has been a great guide on healthy food choices. Julia put me on the right healthy path and I know that my goals are attainable and I will reach them. Thank you Julia.
