My husband has been a customer for almost 5 years and they seemed to be OK but I went in to ask a few questions they treated me horribly. I was asking questions to the owner and the owner just walked away from me after I asked him to elaborate on what he said bc I wasn't understanding. They then charged me to use a kiosk even AFTER IT DIDN'T WORK! The usual charge to pick up a certain item is $30, when my husband went in to pick up this item they charged him $130! They have zero respect for women and will rip you off the first chance they get! They are less than 10 minutes from our house but we have decided to go an hour away to give another place our business. This place, the owner and his employees are jerks! They seem to treat the community they exist in, with contempt. I've bought ammo from them and some of the older guys that work there are friendly enough. But there is a young guy (prob his dad got him the job) and he is arrogant and treated me with utter disrespect. I went to see what they would offer/trade-in on a piece. He spent maybe 30 seconds looking at it and was like: "pass. there's something wrong with this pin" It was literally the lockup pin (i had just cleaned it and hadn't fully re-seated the pin. took half a second to do so). when i showed him, he just arrogantly shrugged and walked away. gave me the impression that he does not actually know what he's talking about. but the overall attitude/contempt means they lost a customer. read more

I've purchased several things from there over the years. First and last gun purchase. Had a problem with a new gun, no service after the sale. Completely unconcerned about supporting their patrons. Even tried to sell me a fix.....I will never darken their door again! read more

Abraham's has been my go to pawn shop/gun store for at least 2 years now. They have very knowledgeable staff, always friendly, and competitive prices. I have purchased at least 7-10 times and will absolutely return. They get bussier on weekends, which is to be expected. I have never had a bad experience here. read more

I've used this shop several times as my local FFL. The owner has a poor attitude towards customers, but the prices are fair so I keep coming back. Not again! When my most recent online purchase came in I reached out to the shop the day before to insure I could pick up the next morning. First thing the next morning firearm is not ready to pickup. I wait 30 minutes for the owner to finish a conversation with someone else, who didn't make a purchase I'll add, just to be informed it would be 2 more days until my purchase would be available to pick up. I then let the gentleman know it would be a full week until I would have time to come back, due to a death in the family I was leaving that afternoon. This man kept his tone, and insisted it would have to be next week. I'm ok with the wait. I understand nobody wants to work and your understaffed. Not my fault! It's not ok to take your frustrations out on paying, returning customers while you neglect you work to chat with your buddy. After a public review he is now refusing to complete the transfer of my firearm, and returning it to the distributor. read more
