Harry came over and we discussed what needed to be done for repairs and maintenance and he outbid the other contractors by a long shot. He showed me what they can do to repair the cedar shakes to make everything look newer and ready for the sale of the house. They gave it a good cleaning and put a coating of treatment on the roof to seal it which is a great selling point to new homebuyers - a roof is expensive so most homebuyers always inspect the roof and see how much time they have until a new one is needed.
