I called C&C and talked with Chris, who was very helpful and got me scheduled right away. The crew arrived on time and went straight to work. In a couple hours they completed everything, which was a lot of work to go from chain to belt and we had got the video openers that needed to be installed on the outside too. We were so impressed with how well they knew their stuff and they helped us set up our video openers and everything. Excellent work and highly recommend if you're in north Gwinnett area!!

I had Garage Door Service install a new opener for me (along with lifetime springs) earlier in…read more2016, and just today had them come out to repair the door when it went seriously off the rails (my fault, not the install). For the original new opener install in early 2016 - 3.5 stars I was told that the old opener just didn't have the horsepower. I don't know if I believe that, as the new opener was making the same noises at the point where the original opener would stop. I bit the bullet and had lifetime springs as well. It was a lot more money than I wanted to spend, but they did a good job, and they were here all day (and into the next) - it was tricky with the I-beam in my garage. For today's derailed job - 5 stars They came out the next morning, and around when they promised. Aseem and Robbie were professional, friendly, and worked pretty hard for over 3 hours, and the job they did looks great. The odd noises seem to be gone, so whatever rail adjustment that they did probably fixed that. The cost escalated about $200 as the job progressed (they found a frayed cable and recommended longer rollers to avoid future derailings) which was a bummer, but I decided to have these two items replaced as it seemed like a good idea. The upgraded rollers definely look better than the original ones. I didn't give 5 star, but that's no reflection on Aseem and Robbie - it's just the price and also the retroactive on the original install from 2016. For their work, I would give 5 stars. Thanks guys! Would I recommend them? I would, but only after you check out other reviews and - if you have time - get some quotes from a couple different companies. Sure it may cost $20 a pop for a diagnostic and estimate, but you might spend $40 to avoid paying several hundred more than you really need. This is for ANY company. I didn't have the luxury of doing this, as my door was blocking both cars and was in serious danger of falling down. Also - they charge a 3.5% on credit card payment. That's not good. Stop doing that!

They charge you 89.00 for the service call and don't know what the labor would be. The tech arrived a give you one of his high labor charges and if you are unhappy he will discount it by 50.00 which will be still too high for a warranty labor. Here the catch, the tech is a contractor who quotes his own price don't even work for them. They have no installation tech they just call contractor to do the job and charges you 89.00 for calling them i paid more for 1 springs replaced than I paid for the 2 springs. The job was to fix damage from a cable failure that turned into a major problem: rainy Sunday night, cars needed for the commute trapped, good times. Superior responded the next morning. At my choice, I ended up replacing my 10yr old opener that was behaving randomly after the stress from the cable break. Zac also helped me get the damaged door (which was completely off the track) repaired and re-aligned with the new opener.
