Steven wasn't able to take my job but referred me to Joy Perkins from Omnibus Organizing and I'm so glad he did! From our first interaction Joy was responsive and able to accommodate my hectic schedule. During our initial consultation I knew right away Joy was a person I wanted to work with. A former school teacher, Joy has the perfect mix of patience, cheerfulness and "let's get to it" attitude that put me at ease. If she has judgements, she keeps them to herself and makes the whole process feel fun. My project was a second bedroom that had turned into a bit of a junk closet and was no longer really usable on account of all the stuff I'd haphazardly thrown in there. Joy actively listened as I explained my work/life and hopes I had for my stuff and the room. Following the initial consultation she told me it would take a full day and that she'd bring two other helpers. By the end of that day I'd have my room back. I got that and a lot more. On the day of, my three organizing angels turned up with clear boxes, garbage bags and all the necessary supplies for serious organization. They set up a folding table in my living room and hauled everything out of the second bedroom. During this time I was not needed at all. That's one of the things I really loved about working with Joy: I could do my own work whilst she and her team set about to organizing and they'd simply call me in when they needed my input. I'd taken the day off thinking I would need to be much more of an active participant and since that wasn't the case, I had plenty of time to do laundry and take care of other household chores. The organizers finished the second bedroom faster than expected and moved on to organize my bathroom, pantry and bedroom closet. When there was still a little more time left they worked on a small part of the living room too. By the time they departed, I had a nearly empty second bedroom with a super organized closet finely tuned for my extensive travel and pernicious packing. Not to mention a better bathroom set up and a really good looking pantry that finally made sense. I also rediscovered many things that had been "hiding" in amongst my disorganization! It felt like Christmas at least three times that day. My household, as a result, is much more harmonious. Turns out, you get a lot more than organization when you hire a professional organizer as talented as Joy! I recommend Omnibus Organizing without reservation.

When I contacted her, she was quick to respond and very professional. When I spoke with her on the phone, it seemed that she knew what she was doing and had solid experience. She came across as professional and friendly, competent, clear, and ready to get down to business. I've worked in a few different industries in my adult life and have interviewed prospective employees. My intuition on these things has tended to be solid. Ashley fit the bill. My mother was bed-bound and required a Board & Care Home that provided 24/7 care. Her room and facility were warm, inviting, and the ideal home for my mother when it was no longer possible for my mother to live in her private residence. The home administrator (Zeny) and her staff took extra special care of my mom. Due to covid restrictions, it was not possible to have our family members at our mother's bedside when she passed. The Staff at Paradise Gardens demonstrated incredible compassion by staying by her bedside in her final hours, holding her hand, ensuring that she was comfortable and evening praying for my mother who was deeply religious. The level of compassion Paradise Gardens showed my mom in her final days gave our family peace of mind that our mother was receiving an exceptional level of care and love from a staff that treats each residence as if they were part of their own family. She had lived in her own home for many years with the help of a friend who came in twice a day to cook, clean, shop, and drive Mrs. McKenna to medical appointments and to visit friends. All of this came to an end around Memorial Day 2018 when Mrs. McKenna suffered two back-to-back falls in her home and the doctors who treated her insisted on 7X24 care. We found Paradise Gardens on the internet and visited them because of the beauty, serenity and extensive care they offered, and we weren't disappointed. My mother-in-law had all the old age physical problems one would expect but the caregivers took it all in stride, giving her consistently expert and compassionate care at all times. Ritchie especially was loving to her, sometimes staying up all night to care for her. In her last couple of months when we arranged for hospice to ease Mrs. McKenna's discomfort and anxiety the staff didn't let up and hand the caregiving job to the outside providers - they continued to be with her and tend to her every need. They coordinated with the hospice nurse who visited regularly and who administered the drugs and were always available to answer questions and provide observations. My wife was kept apprised of her mom's condition and the treatments at all times and this was a true blessing - no real worries. We live in southern California and my wife can't travel much due to severe osteoarthritis so having a reliable, affordable, and compassionate crew looking after her mom took the burden off her shoulders. We're both grateful for the professional and personal job everyone did at Paradise Gardens. Zeny Lising the administrator was easy to work with, always responding promptly and thoroughly to text messages and emails. We would not hesitate to recommend Paradise Gardens to any family with a loved one who needed close care, especially those who need 7X24 attention.

I found Easy Life Cleaning after searching for someone who would use eco-friendly/non toxic products in my home. In the past I had someone use my products, but the amount of work I had to do to prepare before the house cleaning was just too much and I couldn't keep it up. So I was really happy to find someone who brought their own safe products to use in my house. I have 1800sq ft. and was grateful they could come and thoroughly clean in under 4 hours. I was also surprised the ladies even changed our sheets for us before making up the beds. My shower also has not been this clean since we moved into our home. They did a great job and it feels so nice to have the whole house clean at one time, since as a homeschooling mom I can't keep more than one room clean at a time! I felt that the price was very reasonable too. They used high quality products- Dr Bronners and seventh generation along with good old vinegar and baking soda and essential oils and charged $300 for a first time cleaning. Compared to other companies I had looked at that did not use non toxic products, I felt this was a good deal. Definitely worth every penny and will use them again in the future.

This office is conveniently located to the freeway, Bart and STARBUCKS! 2. Parking - has an abundant amount of parking. Out of all the places I looked at, this is the only one that had parking. 3. The office is very nice and professional in appearance. It has a good size waiting area with enough seating for clients, but isn't overwhelming. 4. The space we rented was large, with everything we needed close by and the most beautiful view of all the different trees that surround the area - it made the place relaxing. 5. The staff are professional, very helpful and welcoming. 6. Many options are available to all businesses when renting a space here. Their answering service was my personal favorite and is something we have chosen to continue with. Thank you IO, we enjoyed our time here!
