I guess to be fair I should say this is my only experience in Brazilian waxing. I don't go anywhere…read moreelse because I don't need to! I had my first one when I was 39 weeks-ginormously-pregnant-which means I couldn't even hardly do anything to prepare for what I thought would be debilitating pain. Well, boy o boy was I surprised. What a positive experience! I assumed that it would be awkward for all parties but it was super cool. Very professional but also laid back and easy to chit chat and make the time go by. It is fast and the pain is not bad (and I am a notorious wuss). Most importantly the results were awesome. I will never go back to my previous hair status knowing what I know now. I have been going here about once a month-ish for over a year. I have had a wax done by everyone. Valerie is my regular but if I am in a pinch for scheduling I go with any of the other gals. I have experienced great results by each. I tell anyone who is interested in this service about this place because I truly think it is the best around. One last thing--the finipil is really great. I always use it and never get the undesired but sometimes common after effects.

I have been a customer here for several years and, over time, I have noticed both the clientele and staff experience seem to have declined. After this interaction, I better understand why. I completely understand addressing a missed appointment and holding clients accountable for scheduling policies. That is fair. What was unnecessary was the rude and dismissive way it was handled. It is unfortunate because the space itself is nice and the quality of the work is generally good, but I will not continue supporting a business where I feel mistreated for making an honest mistake.

So I went in and asked that they verify the balance before I get the service to make sure there was enough. So the Rep says oh there is $85.00 on the card, thats the exact amount for the service. Before I leave, can I get a receipt. Rep couldn't figure it out on the spot. So I told her to email it to me. I've attached the receipt that was sent to me once I left. It clearly shows there was still a credit of $15 left on the card. I am glad no tip was left by me. This was a simple but costly service it was a quick 35 min visit. Feeling scammed after leaving is not a good feeling.
