I booked a wax with Ana, my first one in a while. She was super friendly, and the whole service went much quicker than I expected. The facility is really nice and clean, kind of big but Anna came to find me. She is gentle, informative, and had good energy. I would absolutely book her again next time I need a wax. read more

If you're looking for an experienced waxer/esthetician...Ana is the best!!!! I had my first Brazilian (hard wax) and VAGACIAL today!!! Wow! The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short than amazing! The bathroom was clean. Fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels. And all the extras you might need. From Wipes, tampons, to Poopy spray. As I entered her treatment room I immediately felt at ease as she set the vibe with some calming music and a bottle of water. She described what she was doing every step of the way. Which helps because I was a little nervous. The whole service lasted about an hour. But it didn't even feel that long. Convo was flowing so good that it was over before I even knew it. My lady bits feel so smooth. I will definitely make this part of my self love/care routine from now on. Note: This place is located on Ventura boulevard (super busy) Arrive early so that you can find parking and still be able to make it to your appointment on time. read more

About Face by Nicky - Immediately after my treatment - Skin Care Near Me - Studio City, California

I went in for my first facial today with Ana. I have been suffering with very painful acne. So painful that it hurt so much to smile. I cried so much about it and felt very self conscious. As soon as I walked in, Ana and Nicky greeted me. They talked about the plan for my facial and made me feel so welcomed! As soon as I walked into the room the vibe was so nice and relaxing. Ana was super nice, walked me through the whole process of everything she was doing and answered all my questions. The facial was amazing, worth every single penny and then some! As I'm typing this I'm smiling and it's the first time my face doesn't hurt in weeks. Thank you Ana and Nicky!!! Telling all my friends about you read more

Nicky is absolutely the only person I go to that I trust with my skin. I had some of the worst acne and she has literally changed my life. I'm so much more confident wearing no make up. Every time I see her it's such a relaxing and calming experience. She genuinely cares for her clients and tailors your skin regimen to your own needs. She also knew before I did that I was gonna need more hydration and literally a few days later my skin started to peel a little bit at the nose but with her new recommendation it only lasted that day. She is highly skilled and professional and one of the sweetest person I know! Definitely recommend. read more

This was the first time I have gotten a facial and I can't wait to go back! Nicky is so sweet and explained her methods so that I understood all of the different products and techniques she was using. The facial itself was so gentle yet effective. I am very sensitive and I left with unbelievably soft and clear looking skin. It's been about a week since I went and still, my skin looks noticeably brighter and glowing without any of the rough patches or blemishes I had before I saw Nicky. I highly recommend Nicky for anyone who is a newbie like me and is afraid of harming their skin with a harsh treatment. Thanks Nicky!!! read more

I had my first appointment with Nicky part of a birthday from my boss. I've been dealing with pretty bad acne for a pretty long time now and I've tried all I can to clear it up. I hear my boss raving about Nicky's facials, so I was definitely excited (and a little bit scared not gonna lie) for my appointment. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire experience. And I'm so happy that I came to her! After one appointment and with the products that she recommended, I started seeing dramatic results with my skin within a few weeks! I'm definitely making my next appointment very soon! Thank so much Nicky! read more

I was looking for a nice facial and yelped Nicky a couple of years ago and I got to say, I love her. She did such an amazing job on my face. Too bad I live so far from her now.. I highly recommend Nicky read more

I LOVE Nicky so much. I'm 30 and I've had acne most of my life. At 21 I took an intense round of accutane and had clear skin for the first time in my life but that only lasted about four years. Around 28 the moderate acne turned into massive cystic breakouts this time leaving scars behind. I saw a dermatologist that suggested I try more oral medications which I am tired of taking. My hair stylist recommended I visit Nicky. I took the plunge and made an acne facial appointment on her website with low expectations it would work. Boy was I wrong. I've seen Nicky once a month for the past five months and my acne is almost completely gone. And then there's the scarring that we are one peel away from eliminately entirely. The rest of my face is benefitting from the treatments and for the first time in my life people are telling me what beautiful skin I have. And then there's the person, Nicky. The consummate professional, so caring, attentive and focused on the work. She cares so deeply about solving your skin problem and was able to tell me in the first consultation exactly how many peels I would need to see results. She's become a friend over the past few months and I and I am so grateful that I was pointed in her direction. read more

My best friend told me about Nicky and said it was the best facial she's ever had...now I know she wasn't lying. I have been getting facials for years but never found someone that I really cared to go back to. I have finally found my go to and it's Nicky! She was amazing. She really took the time to get to know my skin instead of just putting random products on my face. She treated my problem areas and explained to me the possible causes for them. It was the most relaxing facial I have ever had. I left feeling so refreshed and my skin was glowing. I will definitely be coming back!! P.S. I was a little worried about the parking situation because it's Sherman Oaks/Studio City and parking can be a nightmare but there is complimentary valet so no need to worry. read more

Best facial! I've never liked getting a facial before, but Nicky convinced me to come in to see that hers was different. She was so right! First of all her touch is very calming. All the products she uses on your skin smell absolutely incredible and are customized for each individual person. Organic too! While waiting for products to sink in and do their magic, your feet are oiled and placed in baggies in individual heated booties. Your arms upper back and neck are massaged. Heaven!!! My skin has never looked so good, and I am always getting complimented on my complexion now. She's actually my favorite gift to give my friend for birthdays. Great energy, healing touch, and beautiful person. Love this wonderful lady! read more

If you're looking for a well-rounded facial with both results and pampering, you've got to see Nicky. She's so sweet and definitely knows her skin, and knows the products you need to get you the results you're looking for. She has taken an active interest in getting my skin clearer and more vibrant, and it really has. Also, the products she both sells and uses during the facial are top notch and won't break the bank. For the quality that you get, and the results you see, seeing her is well worth it. She has been so accommodating, and my favorite part is that you can tell that her facials are NOT one size fits all. They've been tweaked in little ways to get me the results I need in that moment, and my skin has gotten better and better! Just take a look at her skin, and you know you've met someone who knows her stuff. read more

At 31 years old, I have never gone to an esthetician or gotten a facial before but after having a rash on my face for several months and unsuccessfully trying to tackle it on my own, I was referred to nicky for treatment. the first thing that was super apparent was how much she cared and that to me is a VERY big deal - finding people who are truly passionate about they do is such a rarity these days! she is such a sweetheart and knows how to make you feel taken care of. the rash quickly went away and i've been going back on a regular basis. a few months ago, she fit me in last minute for a quick spot treatment of a truly upsetting situation on my face - she is always accommodating and flexible! Just a note that I'm giving 4 stars only because I have nothing to compare the actual facial to and I am trying to be a fair yelper :) but nicky is totally amazing and i feel like that's a good portion of the experience - not to mention that my rash went away and i've been having great luck with her products! read more

Stephanie is amazing! I started getting my brows waxed by Stephanie about 6 months ago. Nicky completely changed my life. I went to Nicky feeling pretty hopeless after trying every product/method possible to clear up my skin and nothing worked. She assured me the ache/redness WOULD go away and to trust her. It's been a few months now and my skin is completely different. The breakouts and redness are gone and my skin actually feels beautiful again. I don't know how she did it but it's magic lol. She cares about your skin and wants you to feel beautiful in it.
