I was meeting a friend for a play date and randomly selected it for a midpoint in Crystal River. And what an absolute gem it is, especially for groups and families. Plenty of parking on the strip and when we walked inside, we were delighted to find a warm, cozy environment with a kid's play corner full of vintage toys. Totally forgot what I ordered to drink, but it was good! I do wish they had more food options as the bakery items are a little pricey for what they are and the fridge items are more protein/chia seed pudding based stuff. Luckily I was able to get a bagel for the kids to munch on. The peanut butter scone was quite dry and I felt too expensive for what it was. What I really loved was the area in the back which seemed to go on forever. The spacious room in the rear feels reminiscent of an uncle's garage filled with comfy couches and game boards. It's a wonderful "third space" and area for the community to really gather. I would love to see more shops going this route all over the place! Very friendly staff! read more

Cute little coffee/tea/smoothie/bake shop on the main drag of Crystal river. They offer a variety of beverages and fresh baked goodies. I opted for the matcha latte and the kids each had one of the free kids cookies available. The barista was very kind. If you're in a rush, this is not a place for you. Beverages take a little while to be prepared but It's more of a sit and enjoy your drink while chatting, kind of place. The place itself is two large rooms with lots of seating available. Old couches, tables and chairs found throughout. The front left corner has books and old fashion toys for kids to play with. There is a shuffle board table in the back room. Not a fancy place but comfortable. We enjoyed our pit stop here before dropping our boat and heading to the three sister spring. read more
