Always arriving when he said he would and leaving everything impeccably tidy, he and Dean did an awesome job restoring my garden to its former glory. He went out of his way to organise quotes for restoring a timber structure over my fernery, sourced high quality plants and did everything he said he would quickly and without fuss. We were looking at a house on offer by Philip Webb and went to inspect the house. We told the agent if we liked it and had a good experience we'd be interested in buying within a year. Since we're the kind of people who like sticking with the same people if they're good to us, we thought we'd stick with them when we bought as well. That is until we changed our mind on this particular rental, before putting anything final through, because we decided it wasn't quite right for us. Moving is quite a commitment. Since they had treated us professionally thus far, we thought we'd keep looking for a different rental within the same agency. The agent we were with called us back after learning of this and gave us some nasty words. Completely unprofessional and guaranteed that we'd never look to rent or buy with this company ever again. Avoid if you can.

They are one of the worst Real Estate agents I have ever seen…read more 1.They rented this house to us with unacceptable and unliveable condition. 2. They neither gave us the contact details of the landlord nor anyone responsible to solve lots of issues on a timely manner. They neither help fix most issues nor existing ones yet! 3. They failed to give us receipts for our rent payments since very beginning! 4. They haven't respond to most my calls and emails on time while my latest emails about the request to fix some of the problems in our house is still pending! 5. This terrible real estate agent never did their legal duties on time and always talked to us rudely and considered us as their slaves rather than their tenant, so I am going to present all my problems together with evidences to the EARS soon. I suggest the people to be careful dealing with this unreliable real estate agent before being poor victims of their terrible service. My kind advice is to change your mind to choose a reliable agent before being too late! Anyway, I am going to call the Estate Agents Resolution Service (EARS) 1300 737 030 shortly!
