I liked the house, but I wasn't so sold on the agents. It took 6 months for a request to fix a blocked garbage disposal unit to be looked at. When the floods happened last year, the agent would only send around someone to look at our rotten, leaking roof if we tidied the lawn (yes, it should have been done already, but the leak was serious). Generally we felt ignored by the agents and the landlord (usually a good thing, but they ignored requests for help as well), excepting the time the rent money was transferred to the wrong bank account and was thus a few days late.
