Managing a landlord investor relationship is much more than finding a tenant, collecting the rent and doing a few inspections. When I select a PM I want to know that the manager has an understanding of gearing, finance, yields, ROI, building compliance, depreciation, insurance and all the things needed to help build and maximise my portfolio.
