He disagreed with the previous persons diagnosis of the problem. It did not take him long to figure out the the problem and he was able to fix it just like that. I also had a heating problem which was assigned to Salem. In this freezing cold temperatures he came, diagnosed the problem and went back for parts to fix the problem. Salem heating and cooling is punctual and conscientious. He knows his job, and shows respect explaining the problem to his customers. He is very professional and listens when clients are talking to him. A very decent guy.
