My dryer leaked water during steam refresh & front load washer sounds like a bearing is going out or a rock outside of drum. 4+ attempts to stop dryer leak to no avail. On washer, im supposed to only wash half a load at a time. They will not return phone calls. They say "will call you right back" & never do. Very poor business practices & repairmen dont seem to care in their work.
