The initial stages involving system design and up to signing the contract could not have been easier. Jay was very receptive to modifying the system to fit my needs as well as providing clear and concise reasons as to why specific components would work better for me than other options that I brought up. After that, I worked with Michael to coordinate deliveries as well as ensuring all components were included. There was an instance where the freight company was telling me (on the evening before delivery) that they would not be able to drop off a larger shipment to my residence and that I would likely need to rent a flatbed trailer and figure out how to pick up the pallets from their warehouse myself. I reached out to Michael after hearing this as it wasn't going to be a feasible option for me in the timeframe that the freight company was stating. Without hesitation, he completely understood my situation and reached out to the freight company himself. The next day, I came home to see that the shipment had arrived without any issues. I was very grateful for Michael being able to coordinate that with them. The most stressful part of the process was ensuring that I received a timely installation date. I understood that these were especially unique times and everyone was likely trying to get their system installed before the Residential Clean Energy credit expired on 12/31/2025, but I was still anxious. I did reach out to Michael a few times as October and November started to wind down. Finally, the stars aligned and the installation was able to be completed over one of the last weekends of December. The installers themselves were very efficient with what little daylight they had to work with and were very professional in their work. After installation, monitoring the system through the Tesla app was a breeze and I have no complaints there. Overall, I have no complaints with Rumos Chem and the only stress I had was primarily due to factors outside of their control. read more
