Excellent prices and the gentleman at the store was very helpful! He wasn't pushy, just showed us around and answered all the questions I had. He also loaded it into my car which was excellent customer service. I couldn't have done it by myself. They also had a store one shopping center over, with a mashup of all sorts of things and the prices were fantastic! Excellent customer service at both stores.

MDaniels2 corroborated with the architect in London as well as the New Haven team to provide the specifications for all of the new furniture. In addition, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the installation crew for MDaniels2. We had an install in our NY office over a 3 day period and the job was flawless. Melinda Daniels stayed with her installation crew until the job was completed. If there was an issue, she always had a resolution. The new space looked incredible upon completion and it was exactly what my firm had in mind. We then opened an office in Greenwich, CT and duplicated the NY office furniture style. Again, Melinda with her design and vision and her crew did an outstanding job. MDaniels2 does the total package from start to finish and will go above and beyond when needed. Of course it was one of those "I need this done now" moments. They have a space where you can hop on a computer, print, scan, and make copies, which made my life so much easier. Everything was simple to use, and the staff was super helpful. Also, there's a Party City inside so if you need balloons or anything last minute, they've got you. Honestly just really convenient, easy, and stress free.

I really wish there were another store closer to…read moreNorth Branford because every time I come here, the employee attitude is unbelievably condescending. Any time I'm dropping off Amazon, UPS, or USPS packages, there's always some snarky comment if you don't immediately know where something goes or mix up a label. Instead of just helping people, it feels like they go out of their way to make customers feel stupid. Example: I accidentally thought a UPS label was USPS and instead of politely correcting me, the response was basically "well it says it right there." It's always little passive aggressive comments like that. Customer service here consistently feels rude, impatient, and hostile for no reason. I honestly avoid coming here whenever possible and after my last experience, I'll probably just drive farther to avoid dealing with the attitude
