I have…read morenever had any problem with them, either with picking up trash or dealing with them on the phone. They always come, even around holidays. It is a local family business so does not have all the back-up of bigger firms with accountants, etc. and they have been through stages of not having a bookkeeper. A little understanding always helps. For the last couple of years they have sent me a bill every month which I usually pay at 3 month intervals. They have always been accommodating. I suspect that when people have a problem, rather like divorce, the fault is not all on one side. When I recently had a problem (and it has only happened once in fifty years) I called the office and we sorted it out and came to a compromise quickly and civilly, no shouting, no yelling. I recommend them.

We just needed a sanitization and a quick wash because the house has been empty for a few months prior to us arriving. I asked for a deep clean That including the refrigerator inside and out the inside of the kitchen cabinets, the ceiling fans, light fixtures, all of that. I've been getting cleaning services for over 15 years and this has to be the worst one. There is visible food and stain still on the inside of all of my cabinets on the top of the fridge on the fridge doors. I'm having to go back and re-clean everything despite paying $500 for this service. Not only was the cleaning sub par - they spent 6 hours here 'according to them' and did what? I mean clearly NOT a deep clean. I am extremely disappointed and feel completely lied to, gaslit and taken advantage of because we were out of town when we ordered the service. Extremely disappointed. And to top it off. They were not even easy to deal with or communicate with.

I told Shane from the very beginning that I needed a 20' truck. He said no, a 16' would do because the ceilings are high. Not a very good practice to not listen to a paying customer. The 16' foot truck arrived and because the truck was too small I had to get rid of a bunch of my stuff and it took 2 days because of the extra time it took to load a smaller truck. Daniels moving took advantage of me and I would definitely NOT recommend them. The owner doesn't respect his customers.
