After nearly missing our cruise due to an uber driver not speaking English, navigating traffic missing turns. We had reservations about our return trip. Once we finally got someone to answer the phone, they said it would be another 20-30 minutes before the driver would arrive. The whole point of a car service is so you don't need to wait. What a joke!

Alan, our driver, called to confirm the night before and actually showed up outside our home 10 minutes early. He was most friendly and helpful, especially nice considering the time of day! The luxury sedan we had for our ride was comfortable, clean and spacious. The trip from Boca wasn't long, and we made it to the airport very much on time and feeling quite relaxed. Then the 2nd half of the evening happened. The crew went to Ft Lauderdale. Why the driver didn't have a business card or had made sure my daughter had the right number before she and her group went into a club, I can't say. Language barrier could have played a part. But no business card? Regardless, I am called at 1:30AM by my frantic daughter because she can't reach the driver. I call the company... they're not online at that time of night, but eventually get back to me, but not timely enough. Finding a Limo or Party Bus can be a bit of a pain. Some make promises & under-deliver. Luckily,…read morefor me, this was not the case. I was looking for a party bus to celebrate a Bachelor Party. I ended up booking a large bus with capacity for 20-30 people comfortably. We set the location, put down the deposit & all was good. We were given the contact info for our driver Jose. The bus was on time, clean, & exactly as pictured in the online photos which was a breath of fresh air in this often shady industry. Jose took us to Tootsies, gave us all comp passes & waited out front until we were ready to head out to Scarlettes. He took us to the next spot & hung out while we partied. When it was time to go he was right there ready to take us back. At the drop off, I accidentally left my phone on the bus. By the time I realized, I logged into Find My iPhone & it was on its way north. We called Jose, the driver, & told him what happened. He took my phone to the office where they held onto it until I could drive up the next day. Eddie, stayed 30 after closing so that I could get there since it was just over an hour drive to their office. I'd gladly use their services again.
