During the initial consultation we discussed how I was feeling and why I thought I might be a candidate for pellet therapy and after giving blood for my panel we went to this futuristic scale where she weighed me, but it does so much more than that. This scale gives you detailed feedback on muscle mass, water weight, % of fat and what kind, it was very impressive. After reviewing the results, we sat down and put together a weight goal and plan to get there. Can't wait to go back and see the progress. Keep in mind I didn't go to see her for this but it was just part of the journey. After getting the blood work back we found that I was just outside of the mark to receive pellet therapy but because the blood panel is so thorough we found opportunities through supplements and diet that will help me with the symptoms that brought me to her in the first place. Andrea is first class, she's that caring person that you trust and want to go back to see.

This is a staff of medical professionals who truly care about each patient. Not only do they take the time to listen to your needs, they are willing to work with you to determine the best plan of care, rather than just pushing you through a cookie-cutter system. Yes, you will occasionally experience longer wait times, but this is because they are taking their time with each patient. THIS IS THE LEVEL OF HEALTHCARE WE DESERVE, and I'm grateful someone is finally offering it, with grace and good humor, no less. As far as other reviewers who have complained about cost of followup visits for the Wellness Clinic, all I can say is that you get what you pay for. The quality of care is below average unless you can get in to see the doctor, who you can't get an appointment with for months. Then if you happen to miss that appointment, they put you at the end of the que. I very strongly do not recommend this doctors office.

in February I scheduled an appointment; the earliest they could see me was the end of March. This…read morewas fine. I needed a check up before the end of april for surgery. However, the nurse practitioner scheduled to see me was out sick the day of my appointment. I explained to the receptionist that i needed to see someone before the end of april. Dead look on her face. She said I could get my new patient appointment the day before surgery and a checkup a week after. I explained that would not help as I needed this done before surgery. She did not offer any solutions or, for that matter, sympathy or even an apology. i asked if i could be on the waiting list. 'oh, ok, i will do that'. no help whats-so-ever. no empathy. i was clearly agitated and apologized for that, but in my defense, i was not screaming and cursing the way i wanted to. she was completely unsympathetic and unhelpful. The first line of defense is the front office and this front office should not work in health care. i cancelled the useless appointments and will look elsewhere. very sorry, since it seemed it would have been a good group to work with. I can't put into words how this woman should not have the job she has.

I literally had my mom get on an appointment to advocate for me after she had brushed me off multiple times, was rude when I asked questions or expressed how bad I was feeling (which made my sense of hopelessness worse) and CONTINUALLY called me by the wrong name after being corrected for SEVERAL if not all of my appointments. On our last call she called me the wrong name again and when corrected by my mother she became hysterical, insisting my name was Zo (its pronounced zoey) and proceeded to tell my mother she (my mom)was mispronouncing my name. We were honestly shocked but continued and the 3 of us finished the call, had agreed on my treatment and I said I would schedule my next appointment with the office. After hanging up she shocked us further by calling my moms phone on a private number, SCREAMING that I had hung up the video chat on her and that I was out of control.She literally arugued and continued to yell at us over the phone it was the most chaotic and upsetting appointment I have ever had. Especially when I was trying to get help for my mental health after having a baby when it was the most vunerable I felt.Shame on you. Unprofessional and confusing to say the least, and never scheduled another appointment. Since leaving I'm actually getting help but I would recommend finding help elsewhere if you can help it. She never apologized for her behavior and she never reached out about my medications or treatment again. I wish I would have gone somewhere else sooner so I could have avoided the choas from the person who was supposed to at the very least be kind and know my name. And at the very most help my mental health not treat me like I dont matter. Her bio says non judgemental, compassionate and humanistic approach. I would venture to say that's not accurate.
