Abingdon college has lots of courses on offer, for everybody from 16 year old school leavers to adults wanting to further their knowledge or take up a new hobby.
Some of the college is a bit tired looking but other parts are newer and more modern.
The central cafe is a good meeting place, but gets very busy especially at lunch times with all the teenagers doing full time courses.
The college has its own beauty/complementary therapy salon which offers treatments to the public at a low price for the students to practice.
The website isnt great but has full details of all their courses - http://www.abingdon-witney.ac.uk
If you are planning to drive to the college, depending on the time of day you may have trouble finding a parking space, although there are streets nearby where you could also park if there is no room in the college car-park. read more
