I live in California, in the Silicon Valley. I found your Tru-Blu chocolate chip cookies at Safeway on sale. I bought several packs and loved them. And, of course, when I went back they were gone. So, I ordered some on line, and they were stale. Found them months later at Lucky's Store bought four and three were stale. "What the Hell" I can't understand why a company with such a perfect product would allow it's product to be presented to the public in such a negative manner. I've always bought the Lemon Crème cookies because of the cost, flavor and crispness. The last 11.8 oz package of these that I purchased at Walmart had absolutely NO LEMON FLAVOR!!! As a former employee I strongly recommend not working here. They will hire many people from all walks of life which is a good thing. However, I was involved in a position where boxes continued to fall on my co-workers and myself even resulting in a box breaking the ankle monitor of my co-worker that was on Parole. Not a good thing. I brought the issues up to Several people in management and I offered a reasonable solution. They refused to make any changes stating that if they implemented my idea it would slow the operations down. I wasn't happy and had a meeting with my direct supervisor, the plant safety Manager, and the plant Manager. They all heard my complaint and then proceeded to ask me to Leave the property because I was being insubordinate. I asked for documentation as to why exactly they wanted me to Leave the property and then the plant manager proceeded to tell me he thought I have a disability that prevented me from performing my Job duties. I was shocked and I said that's discrimination and I told him to Create a document stating that and sign and date it and I will leave immediately. Well of course he wouldn't do that then he threatened to call the cops on me because he said I was threatening him by Requesting a document. Long story short. Not a good Place to work. read more

Purchased three 13oz packages of Peanut Butter Cream cookies made by this firm under the "Lil Dutch Maid" brand. Opened the first pack to discover a really disagreeable odor and stale appearance. The other two packs are the same. Best by date is 03/20/20. Lot #142019 10. Contacted Abimar twice in two weeks via their website, and once by phone after no answer from first two attempts. Rep who handles complaints was on vacation and answer was promised when she returned. No answer EVER. Save your dollars and buy a dream. read more

purchases a bag of ginger smaps, without reading the label, or mfg. opened the product when i got home and througuly enjoyed them and decide to eat a few more. they being a little sweet tasting for 9g . i read the label and see where you have, high fructose corn syrup, as the sweetner. as a dibetic i do ot eat/use any food with high fructose sweetner in it. when i know its in it. and so should any one who has diabetes. if my memory is correct it as been established that high fructose corn syrup is the major cause of oset dibetes in the united states. any establishment preparing food /beverages for human consumption should stop using high fructious corn sweetner and let it supply the feed stock for ethaol in gasoline. this is much less costly to the humans who cosume it. thanks for reading. ljs, destrehan.la. read more

They don't even look the same do don't even bother with the " We didn't change the recipe."banter. They are gross I will never buy them again. The ginger snaps were good, but not now. They now burn my mouth. I know that ginger is in short supply, but whatever you use now is too spicy. yes, the Ginger Snaps are very addictive! been enjoying these from Dollar Tree for years! (a pinch of cayenne would earn the 5th star) one tiny problem with the LDM unsalted tops saltine crackers...there was a pinhole in the 4th cello stack of crackers! before i discovered that i thought i had opened a 1950's bag of Sunshine saltines. (down here in Houston, you almost had to eat the whole stack when you opened the cello stack - they got stale overnight!) My late, former Grandfather n law sold Sunshine in far North East Texas and i mentioned how quickly they got stale in Houston. His response was that i lived in a swamp city with entirely too much humidity - i pointed out to him Nabisco saltines were fine for weeks. That's the only conversation i recollect having with him...suited me! read more

The bag does not need to appear "full". Did he weight it to find out it is less than 12 oz? no? don't complain! Get real! if he hadn't written an email, but a regular letter the stamp would've cost him 44 cents and the reply letter another 44 cents.
