I clearly injured it quite badly and haven't been able to walk. I've had an mri report misdiagnose me for a left hip labrum tear before. Ended up having to get surgery on it as a different MRI place was able to properly find and diagnose the tear. This guy doesn't care about his patients. Staff were really nice though. They deserve to work for a better doctor. He is a prime example of poor practice. Highly do not recommend. I urge everyone to take the time to look at his 1 star reviews. Despite already using custom orthotics and attending weekly physical therapy, the focus was on selling additional orthotics and suggesting mine were "worn out," which is not accurate. When I asked for exercise or rehab guidance, I was told that was a PT question and left with no actual treatment plan or direction. Communication felt one-sided, with limited willingness to hear patient input.

His nails were pretty severe but we only paid $650! And that includes the medications and two follow up visits. I know this may seem like a scam review but I'm being brutally honest. I have been going to this office for about 4 years. This is definitely a 5 star office, the staff is friendly and very attentive. They work as a team and give the best service for a patient. They are available M-F from 9-5? and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. And they do take Insurance. Shockingly, if you look up providers on the Optum website, they're still listed which, to my mind, is inexcusable. The next Dr I called was listed as being in an Optum office that's 3 miles from my house. I was curtly informed that that office no longer does dermatology. I was offered one office that was 12 miles from my home and another that was 35 miles from my home. I called the 12 mi facility and they said they couldn't see me without a referral. Well, the referral should have been on file since I've been seeing the other guy for a few years now. At this point I asked to speak with a supervisor. Sorry, they're all in a meeting. I said I'd wait. Fifteen minutes later, the rep informed that they could deliver a message but couldn't wait any longer. In the meantime, I'm out of a medication. Again, inexcusable. It feels very much like the accountants have taken over because their service is no longer patient centric. As much as I like my PCP, I may have to change. Optum has become an obstacle to my good health.
