They told me at fourth call of follow-ups that Dr Zeester will be seeing me, but I had to go to the office, and they don't call back to the patient with results, so Dr Feehman had misinformed me, four weeks still waiting until I had to complain about their poor handling the patients and leaving on waiting game. I would never refer her to other patients. She needs to have better work ethics and plan better with her staff when knowingly she is going to be on maternity leave which is preplanned. I clearly injured it quite badly and haven't been able to walk. I've had an mri report misdiagnose me for a left hip labrum tear before. Ended up having to get surgery on it as a different MRI place was able to properly find and diagnose the tear. This guy doesn't care about his patients. Staff were really nice though. They deserve to work for a better doctor. He is a prime example of poor practice. Highly do not recommend. I urge everyone to take the time to look at his 1 star reviews. His dismissive attitude is consistent. The good reviews could very well be fake.

I have been going to this office for about 4 years. This is definitely a 5 star office, the staff is friendly and very attentive. They work as a team and give the best service for a patient. I have even called a couple times and was able to get an appointment the same day I called (if it was by 10am, haven't called any later). They are available M-F from 9-5? and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. And they do take Insurance. We were scared to get attached to the doctor because there's a strong possibility that we wouldn't get them while I was in labor. I can say with absolute confidence we absolutely love Dr. Averill. She put all my fears and worries to rest. She kept keeping tabs on me seeing how far along I was. My baby was stuck and I got a fever and I had to get an emergency c-section. She was off and she came back to perform my c-section. She didn't have to come back to do my procedure, but she did and that's how dedicated she was. Shockingly, if you look up providers on the Optum website, they're still listed which, to my mind, is inexcusable. The next Dr I called was listed as being in an Optum office that's 3 miles from my house. I was curtly informed that that office no longer does dermatology. I was offered one office that was 12 miles from my home and another that was 35 miles from my home. I called the 12 mi facility and they said they couldn't see me without a referral. Well, the referral should have been on file since I've been seeing the other guy for a few years now. At this point I asked to speak with a supervisor. Sorry, they're all in a meeting. I said I'd wait. Fifteen minutes later, the rep informed that they could deliver a message but couldn't wait any longer. In the meantime, I'm out of a medication. Again, inexcusable. It feels very much like the accountants have taken over because their service is no longer patient centric. As much as I like my PCP, I may have to change. Optum has become an obstacle to my good health.
