It being a small job, most companies will put you on the back burner. The person who took my initial order made a small mistake that caused confusion on my part. The project was much more involved that I thought. Once the owner of Nova found out, she was on the phone with me immediately and took care of the issue. She explained what happened, apologized, and had her guys out to my house the next business day. Not only did she thoroughly communicate, but the install that was supposed to take 3 days, was done same day and within 3 hours. Her crew was beyond professional, and the work absolutely top notch! After remodeling two new homes in SW Florida, this is a VERY rare occurrence. The amount of incompetent business owners who have no idea how to run a company, do substandard work, and then take no responsibility for their mistakes are numerous in my experience. I can't say how impressed I am with Nova. Hands-on owner, who stands behind their work, and is very honest. I really can't say enough about my interaction with this company. They have without a doubt earner my future business!!!!!!!

Thanks for reaching out. I have to be honest, I paid your company to install the sink and it's obvious from the photos it wasn't done properly? Not sure if they didn't screw it in, if they used clips? I've never had this happen in my past remodels, and I've had many. Wouldn't you honor your work? It's not been 2 years. Thanks for your time. Beth McCann Good afternoon Beth, Hope this message finds you well, We not only use silicone to attach the sink but also anchors and screws. It's not typical for a sink to detach from countertops under normal circumstances as our single bowl sinks support a large amount of pots and pans. We do offer 1 year warranty, however it has been almost 2 years. We have a lifetime care and maintenance package with discounted costs for repeated clients (prices previously given). During our service, we will not only inspect the cause of your sink issue but correct the problem and reinforce it, and extend our warranty for another year from the day we do the service. Please look at your quality of work. If everything was originally done the right way, this would never have happened. You honestly can't tell me this is acceptable. I will be going back to my original review, to update and let people know what has transpired. We were very happy with your work, until this and your response. Beth

We decided to have our 20 year old kitchen cabinets painted rather than replacing them. We saw…read morethe N-Hance method on a YouTube video and were convinced this was the way to go for a professional like new job. We got an estimate from Jason at N-Hance of Fort Myers and scheduled the job. The prep work was extensive. Doors were removed to transport to their shop for refinishing. All defects in the cabinet boxes and trim were repaired, sanded and thoroughly cleaned. Everything was taped off and film applied to areas that needed protection from over spray. The following day Jason returned and transformed our kitchen area into a spray booth. When he began spraying the cabinets very little fumes or odor was detected. The transformation when he finished spraying was impressive. A couple of days later he and his helper returned to install the refinished drawer faces and doors. He installed new hardware and replaced the drawers. When the job was finished it was jaw dropping. Our kitchen looks new with a fraction of the cost of a new kitchen. We highly recommend N-Hance of Fort Myers.
