I ordered a small vanilla soft serve cone, but the employee behind the counter started scooping regular ice cream into a cup. When I clarified that I wanted soft serve, she told me, "Yes, soft serve--we make it from scooped ice cream," which made no sense. They then charged me over $7 for what was clearly not soft serve. After my card was already processed, I told them I didn't want it. At that point, the owner, Alan, became extremely aggressive--raising his voice and even putting his hands on me. I left immediately and will never return. It's disappointing, as I try to support local businesses, but experiences like this make that difficult. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. We ordered chocolate malts, which were tasty but the malt wasn't mixed in well, so it clumped into the bottom and we got several big chunks in our straws.
