Then we gradually started notice cockroaches all over our apartment, crawling all over our dishes and silverware all things that we eat with. We complained to the apartment and they sent people to spray, but it never got better. Mind you the apartment's trash room is crawling with roaches, which is where all of these cockroaches come from. This apartment is absolutely disgusting and if you want a roach filled department, this is where you should move.

Came by here to visit some friends while in town. I was blessed to be invited to this wonderful…read moreliving place! This building is very secure. My friend came down and escorted me in. We went to the room that he is staying in, and he showed me all 4 rooms that make up one apartment. Rooms, kitchen, and private bathrooms were all nice! We went out and barbecued at the grill area. It is a rooftop area on the third floor. Beautiful views of south areas of Lincoln from the pool/jacuzzi areas!!! I so enjoyed the jacuzzi!!! They also have ample outside seating areas and tables where we hung out more, as well as a fireplace to sit around. I love everything about this place. All looks so nice and brand new. Just off of this first visit, I would highly recommend to visit here if you can. Also, if you could live here, it would be awesome!!!

Telling me "oh but the pipes freeze!" doesn't make it better. Paint splashed on just about every piece of finished wood (floors, cabinets, etc).I can deal with the fire station, but I'm getting tired of the high pitched leaf blower at 9 AM piercing right through my paper thin walls. Rent is expensive for what you get and staff is okay at best. Cant wait to see if I get charged for a bunch of stuff that's isn't my fault when I move out like the reviews claim. location is the only redeeming quality about this place.

I understand shutting off the A/C in the winter, but it is ridiculous how on warmer days it gets to about 80 degrees in the apartment and theres nothing that can be done besides leaving. Another main reason I give a low rating is because the wifi goes out multiple times a week. It has been a reoccurring event for months and nothing has been changed. It's not even worth using the study rooms here because I have been down there twice now where the wifi goes out as I'm trying to work (once I lost over 30 minutes of work). The only reason I renewed my lease is because of the location, but I recommend to just save your money and live somewhere else because all the constant issues make living here a nightmare.

Maintenance was always prompt with our requests and our problems were fixed quickly. It's kind of a loud area, lots of sirens many of the days. Having Farine + Four below us was always a wonderful treat when we wanted some coffee or a snack. The gym is very simple and small. Usually if there's more than 3 people in there at once, it feels crowded. Our apartment is very modern, very new and has wonderful amenities. The balcony we had was no wider than 1 foot, so we only had space to put plants. But other balconies were larger and could fit chairs. Bathroom storage is wonderful. Lots of drawers. Kitchen storage is really good. Plenty of space to hold all pots, pans, plates, cups and bowls. Overall, very nice and accommodating!

Was repeatedly threatened by mgmt with eviction (with notice) from the time I moved in to the time…read morethey sold based on false claims that I was using industrial equipment in my apartment. I repeatedly told them I was using a blow dryer and blender and begged them to come out and see how thin the walls were and see if anything could be done to fix the problem and they refused saying apartment management was a work from home job. Turns out they forgot to drywall over the top 4 feet of brickwork in the apt to the left. I was told it didn't matter if I was making normal noise and it was during the day. So I became terrified to sew which I do for a living, to have people over to socialize or do anything in my apartment lest my neighbors complain. Meanwhile when I complained my new upstairs neighbor was loud and my apartment causing leaks into my apartment every 7-10 days for months (eventually flooding my workspace) they took her side saying it was a construction issue and their hands were tied bc they can't control repair timelines. This was even after the plumber said she had to be putting 20 gallons of water on the floor and she admitted to spilling a large amount of water. The neighbor who was falsely accusing me of using industrial equipment moved. They sold the building. I've stayed in my apartment and have had no problems with neighbors or management since.
