I got so many compliments! Could not have been happier. She took my requests into consideration and gave her own expert opinion on them (for instance, telling me that the slightly wavy hairstyle I wanted wouldn't last the entire night). She was very pleasant the entire time and kept a nice conversation going with umy mom. She isn't very good at English though (we communicated in Mandarin Chinese). Cost me $100+tip, which is cheaper than a lot of bridal places I called but probably more expensive than just a regular salon.

Ro took me into her brow room and introduced herself. She was conversive in a comfortable, friendly way and discussed what she would like to do, she asked if I had any preferences or anything, in particular, I wanted to get done. I told her I would go with what she was comfortable doing. She gently applied wax to clean my brow areas and filled them in then topped them with a brow gel to keep them in place. My brows look amazing and her fill-in technique is superb. They look super natural and perfectly contoured. I would recommend and return to Ro without a doubt. The Spa is really nice as well, smells wonderful, looks clean and the ambiance is very relaxing. I might schedule a facial here soon.

We had a great time getting to know them the morning of the wedding, and felt like we had made new friends when all was said and done. And Erica saved my life when the zipper on my skirt broke as I zipped it up. She came over with needle and thread and sewed me right into my outfit, all the while keeping me calm. She didn't have to do that, and it just shows how much she cares about her clients and her business. I would recommend PinMeUp Bride for any hair & make up needs you may have!

After sharing a few emails we decided to set up a trial session. I've had horrible hair experiences and I wanted to be 100% sure Erica was "the one". I drove down to Long Island and her studio made me feel as if I had stepped into a 50's salon - it was nostalgic! Erica was very friendly and welcoming. Not to mention her hair is stunning. Her dog was very cute too! After my trial run I decided to book Erica for the event. The day of, Erica arrived promptly to my home and had all of her equipment and supplies. I had decided to change my hairstyle last minute and Erica was very accommodating. She did my grandmother and mother's hair as well. I was worried that I had to give Erica a precise description of everything prior but Erica was lax and calming, which is precisely what one needs when planning an event and you're already stressed. My mom who is a very harsh critic was extremely happy with her hairstyle. I will only go to Erica for all of my future hair events! :) thank you!
