I am one of hawaii top 5 realtors. My wife was getting her license and having trouble with Abes website. When we called for assistance, Lisa yelled at my wife, who is a chemical engineer, saying that my wife was unintelligent. Lisa should be fired. I've never seen such horrible customer "service". I appreciated most how Abe reinforced concepts and practices with his half-century of real estate experience. It did help to remember how the HRS is applied with real estate. He was very honest in saying that the course is to prepare students for the state exam. Practical application of real estate concepts are learned on-the-job. I would rather have Abe summarize chapters by capturing key concepts rather than re-read reading assignments for the live webinar. I understand that "rdr and sdr," but there are some people that actually do. Lastly, email instructions are wordy and painful to read with the multitude of fonts, highlighting, and need to decipher and interpret things. Recommend organizing information in relevant "chunks." They are a scam company. I took their CE Class in September. Their company has a very strange rule. They only allow 1 minute to do Attendance Poll. Otherwise, your CE credit will not be issued. I didn't pay attention to it at first, but when I knew about this rule, I did the attendance poll immediately. I responded two minutes late. I was taking a three-hour online class, and I didn't know that my CE credits would not be issued. They didn't inform me immediately. I wanted to call them to confirm, but no one answered. I emailed them to ask when my CE credits would be issued. Ten days later, they emailed me saying that I was two minutes late to do the attendance poll, and my CE credits were not issued. Then they promised to refund me. Do you know why? They only refund half of the money to you. This is their purpose. They are scammers. I hope other real estate agents will not take their online classes and don't be deceived! read more

I just completed Abe Lee Seminars on September 2nd, 2023 and I have nothing but great things to share! Coming into this, I did not know anything about real estate! I have been in the hospitality and tourism industry / food and beverage for so long, I know nothing other than that. I just graduated from the Live Online course in October. I was looking for a Pre-Licensing Course that wasn't self-paced or located across the island from my house. This was a perfect combination! The live class was held virtually three days a week for four weeks, and the class review was held right before the class exam. Overall, the material was presented in an organized fashion. Every student receives a textbook and packet of handouts which made it easy to highlight important details and write my own notes. I took the proctored National and State Hawai'i Real Estate exam less than a month later and passed without troubles. I can now apply for my state license.
