I had previously enrolled in an online real estate salesperson program and found it difficult when it came time to prepare for the national and state exams because I didn't have the study materials or resources that worked well for me. Before enrolling with Abe Lee Seminars, Abe clearly explained what his program included and what resources would be available to help prepare for the exams. Having a textbook to reference, along with other hard-copy study materials, made such a difference for me. I also really appreciated how accessible and supportive Abe was throughout the process. Abe Lee and Team has helped me tremendously on the Hawaii Real Estate License journey! I will speak on the Independent Study version as it fits my self paced schedule. I took about 3 months of 80 hours equivalent study to final exam with a full time job. The whole packet and book plus access was seamless. Having both audio and video of the classes and value added handouts helped me understand the material with ease. The team would answer my questions during the learning! I am one of hawaii top 5 realtors. My wife was getting her license and having trouble with Abes website. When we called for assistance, Lisa yelled at my wife, who is a chemical engineer, saying that my wife was unintelligent. Lisa should be fired. I've never seen such horrible customer "service". I would rather have Abe summarize chapters by capturing key concepts rather than re-read reading assignments for the live webinar. I understand that "rdr and sdr," but there are some people that actually do. Lastly, email instructions are wordy and painful to read with the multitude of fonts, highlighting, and need to decipher and interpret things. Recommend organizing information in relevant "chunks." I just completed Abe Lee Seminars on September 2nd, 2023 and I have nothing but great things to share! Coming into this, I did not know anything about real estate! I have been in the hospitality and tourism industry / food and beverage for so long, I know nothing other than that. But, I got the privilege to work for a property management company who referred me to Abe Lee Seminars! He exceeded my expectations! He explains the terminologies and lessons very well. He shares so many stories that really help to understand what the content is trying to say. I am a visual learner so this helped tremendously!
