Mike finally admitted ha hadn't after I let him know I'd been on the roof and there was no patching. He still charged me for the materials and labor. He used a roof coating that breaks down with standing water Rained as forecasted a few hours after applied. A large depression filled with rain and coating is gone. He has my deposit and says he has receipts but won't share them. His invoice charges are wrong like a charge for 1 quart of water seal for $48, which is the charge for 5 gallons. Most of the items he said he had and would use.
