While bringing the sofa into the home, the young men ripped the sofa. They took note and told my son they already reported it to Ashely while at the home. They said he would be getting a call the following day to set up a repair service. They never called him. We went to the store he purchased it at and talked to his salesman. He was told it never got reported so they put the report in. My son got a text to set up a repair date, he took time off work to meet with them, then he gets a text stating it was going to be earlier in the day which he could not do. They rescheduled to another date a few weeks later. He again takes time off work to meet with them, and he gets a text stating they moved the repair service to 6:45-11:45PM on a Friday night! Nobody showed up. Went to the salesman again and he put in an exchange request, as should have been done in the first place. My son didn't pay for a ripped sofa. Set up another date for a delivery to exchange out the ripped sofa and instead they sent a repairman, and as he's at the house he finds out they sent the wrong fabric to repair it. Another delay. It's now early October and still nothing has been resolved. I've called to set up a delivery exchange five times in a week and for some reason they can't move forward. "Things are still in manifest" is their response. Four months since they delivered and ripped a new sofa my son paid for and we can't get anyone to help. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I would never do business with this company again ...ever!

Picked out a leather chair and sofa. It was delivered and I noticed that the leather chair had a…read morepiece on the back that wasn't sewn right. It would not line up and close without hanging crooked. There is also a permanent wrinkle in the back and the seat is already sagging. (this chair purchased/delivered in December, 2025). The delivery person took pictures, we took pictures and went to the store the next day. The store was NOT interested at all in what I had to say. They handed me a paper with a number to call to "lodge a complaint". All we get after sending pics and filling out info is a "computer person" saying it is in process and nothing has been resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY. I will gladly update this review if there is a resolution but I'm pretty sure given the quality of service that the update won't be happening. What's interesting to me, too, is that how pleasant the salespeople were. Little did I know that the pleasantries would stop once they got their money. Lesson learned...the hard way.

We bought a set of appliances from Durochers about 3 years ago. Last September, our refrigerator…read morestopped working. During the first service call, the repair people somehow cracked the inside of the fridge. I was told there is no way to fix the damage. The refrigerator needs a part from Samsung that has come in damaged now 4 different times. Durochers can order the part for next day delivery, so they could have tried far more than 4 times, btw. The last time, the part sat at Durochers for over 3 weeks before they even inspected it. ​ We have repeatedly asked for a manager to contact us, but been ignored every time. We have not had a working refrigerator in over 6 months now, but Durochers hasn't offered an apology or any sort of assistance.

I cannot begin to report that Durochers had the best salespeople and delivery workers I have ever seen in the appliance business. For starters, saleswoman Kathy C. went out of her way to help me with scheduling my most recent delivery. Even on her day off, she kindly helped me with some questions I asked her about. The delivery and installation men were Superlative. I had the best experience with Justin and Stephen. They were very prompt and gave me updates on when they would arrive, complete with texted maps of where they were in terms of getting to my house. Their installation was very well done, and I contribute that to the attention to detail they had in doing it. They was extremely courteous and respectful. I give Durochers great credit for having delivery and service people like these two young men. Outstanding! I have always been pleased with the appliances, service and delivery at Durochers. In addition when I needed a broken refrigerator shelf replaced the service department was excellent. I actually received the shelf a day after I ordered it. I was also given information on how to get reimbursed by the glass company as the shelf was still under warranty. ( I want to add that I had a $500 gift certificate from Lowes that I could have used, but preferred to deal with Durochers instead. By dealing with them I avoided the aggravation and hassles in dealing with a big box store that I felt could care less about its' customers).
