Not only did they tow my car illegally from my parking garage, but they also caused significant damage to my vehicle. The owner, Sam, should be ashamed of the way his company operates, and legal action should be taken against them. In my opinion, ABC Towing should be shut down to prevent others from enduring such a nightmare. First and foremost, the fact that ABC Towing illegally towed my car from a private parking garage is completely unacceptable. I had a valid parking permit displayed, and my vehicle was parked at my residence . There was absolutely no reason for them to touch my car, let alone tow it away. This blatant disregard for the law and the rights of vehicle owners is a clear indication of their unethical practices. To make matters worse, when I finally located my car at ABC Towing's impound lot, I was horrified to discover the extensive damage inflicted upon it. The back bumper was severely scratched, the side doors dented and scratched, and there were dents and scrapes all over the body. It was evident that their employees had handled my vehicle carelessly and without any regard for its condition. Upon contacting ABC Towing to address the situation, I was met with nothing but indifference and a complete lack of accountability. Sam, the owner, showed no remorse for the illegal towing or the damage caused to my car. Instead, he attempted to shift the blame onto me, claiming that I must have parked incorrectly or violated some obscure rule. This response only further exemplifies the unprofessionalism and lack of integrity within this company. Considering the distressing experience I endured, I firmly believe that legal action should be taken against ABC Towing. Their illegal activities and negligent behavior have caused me significant financial and emotional distress. I urge anyone who has experienced similar mistreatment at the hands of ABC Towing to join me in seeking justice and holding them accountable for their actions. In conclusion, my encounter with ABC Towing on 9/13/2023 was nothing short of a nightmare. Their illegal towing from my parking garage and the subsequent damage inflicted on my car are inexcusable. My car was towed from CVS 7th . My wife s 8 months pregnant and park the car at the parking legally. She went there to refill her medication and the pharmacist told her to come back in one hour . To make the story short they towed the car at 5:00 pm and we had been calling them till 9:30 pm and they told us the car is not there . By 9:35 the tow truck guy came and told us he can bring the car if we pay $180 cash no credit card and we told him we only have $100 and he said go and get the car from the lot . We went and called them they told us it's not there and we came back we followed the tow truck again then we found out our car was parked by Macdonald Georgia avenue for 5 hours . We followed him all the way while taking pictures and videos and he passed like 5 red lights and 3 stop signs to get to the lot and finally we called a police and Made a report and they said it's a civil matter and they didn't care less . But with that video and picture and tag number we R going to put you in channel 5 and get our refund and put you out of business. Don't mess with patriot citizens of America . ABC Towing is a very shady operation located in DC. They towed my brand new Tesla because of a police crime scene and when I went to pick it up the entire passenger side of the vehicle was destroyed. They acted as if they had no idea how it happened. The Tesla has video that shows them hitting my car against other vehciles on their lot. When I asked for it to be fixed they said the manager is not there and gave me a number to call. The owner/manager is a guy named Sam. He was in fact there hiding in his office. After doing some research the staff has instructions to say he's not there so he can't be served with the various lawsuits against them. He peeked out of the window when I left and when I saw him he quickly closed the shades. This place is run out of a trailer that is falling apart. Their employees are scumbags, they do not follow mask mandates and then have the audacity to deny that their employees walk around customers while maskless when you call to complain. Do your very best to bankrupt this company. If you are overcharged on your credit card above their max of 150 dollars, report it as credit card fraud and have the charges canceled. You can also report them to the DC dept of health for their violations of COVID mandates and get them fined by the city. Be sure to take photos of your vehicles, and of the employees violating the mandate. Illegally tows cars from assigned garaged apartment parking spots. Unethical and predatory towing. Did 20k+ damage to the car and will not accept liability or tell me the information of the owner or manager to speak to. Incredibly rude and unprofessional and forced me to leave their property. Love how a driver pulled over to threaten to murder me because he doesn't know what is and is not street legal in the city where he operates. Does not signal well for customer service or skills. Also tell your vulgar drivers that the next time they threaten to kill someone they shouldn't do it in a company car with plates that are super easy to run. read more

Last night, I was standing on the street corner with a friend of mine. With no prompting, a driver of an ABC Towing Company truck called she and I "faggots" and continued on with extremely cruel and derogatory language. Horrible! My car was side swiped and the car that hit me ended up hitting a bridge abutment. ABC towing showed up before the police and towed the car. When called I was told they did not tow any car in that area. This was also confirmed by police. Criminals HELPING Criminals. A complete investigation will be made! read more
